We enjoyed our Saturday morning visit to this family restaurant. There were 13 of us, and it only took about five minutes for us to be seated. The staff was friendly, but the service was a little slow. The restaurant seemed very clean and welcoming. Our food was simple but delicious, with good sized portions. If you’re not in a hurry, this is a nice place to get a good meal.
Nice family restaurant that has breakfast all day. The portions were large and the omelet was very good as was all of our meals. The price is great for the large portions so it is a local favorite. Service was excellent.
Tuscany Grill
While visiting Robinson on an extended business trip, we had the pleasure of eating at the Tuscany Grill on several occasions. We were able to try them for breakfast and dinner. The wait staff was always friendly and helpful. The meals were provided hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. Breakfast was the typical fare of eggs, bacon/sausage, omelets, pancakes, etc. Dinners included a mix of typical Italian food, mixed in with a good selection of typical comfort dishes. I had the Carbonara on one trip - excellent. The second dinner included the fried fish, also quite tasty. Prices were very reasonable, too.
The food was excellent, and came in huge portions. I had Chicken Parm and there was no way I could have finished it. The table settings and decor were also nice. Everything seemed very clean and well kept, including the rest room. The wait staff was friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable about what they had. I had a very good meal and will be eating here again in the future.
The food was awesome as usual. Service was outstanding, our waitress was very attentive to the 5 year old in our group, which made dining even easier. Made her feel important asking her how she wanted her food cooked real crispy or just a little crisp? lots of ice or little ice in her drink. Made her day!
Waited 10-15 minutes for a table, ok, things are not going well on Saturday morning. Couple comes in gets in front of me and gets seated in 2 minutes. waitress knew I was there before the other party . Understaffed or mismanaged or both I don't know. Just left not happy at all.

!!! This place has all day breakfast !!!, and it is absolutely amazing. We showed up with a party of 12+ on a Sunday around 10:30 or so, I imagine right about the time church let out with no reservation might I add. We were welcomed with a minmal wait of about 15 mins. The waitress handled our party of 12+ with several seperate checks like we were a party of 4 all on one check. She was very good at her job, and was on top of everything like drink refills which we all know can be the forgotten service at restaurants. As far as price 3 adults with 3 drinks $31. More than fair for the food quality and service. If your ever in the small town of
Robinson, Illinois definitely give this place a shot you will not be disappointed. Should we ever make it back up that way we will definitely be stopping in. Keep up all the good work guys. Sorry for the half eaten pics, but I couldn't wait to dig in before I realized I needed to document this goodness.
