Our cooking class with Giacomo and Christiana was without a doubt a highlight of our two week trip through Italy. It was such a hands on experience and extremely educational. I loved the passion that was shared along with all the tips - simple, fresh, quality ingredients as well as straightforward recipes. Instead of walking away overwhelmed I felt inspired to try to make my own pasta at home. Giacomo also being a sommelier brought great knowledge around how to pair wine with your food and we got to enjoy some great wine. The meal we had there was without a doubt the best food we had while in Italy.
In addition after the class we realized the following day was Republic Day and many businesses were closed. I had been craving an authentic, non commercial wine tasting experience while in Tuscany and not only did Giacomo make a recommendation, he reached out and got us hooked up with a lunch as well and passed along contact information which was absolutely going the extra mile and he was so invested in our overall experience while in Montepulciano. It was the 2nd best meal we had in Italy.
I would do the class over and over again - it was so much fun and so delicious and it is run by world class people. Thank you again - such a blast.
Giacomo’s cooking class was magnificent! His passion for cooking and sharing his family’s recipes enhance the experience. Giacomo’s wine parings and knowledge of wine added to an already great experience. The setting is beautiful on the family organic farm. Highly recommend!
My wife and I had an amazing time with Giacomo and his wife! From making pasta from scratch and learning that you only need minimal ingredients to make a perfect meal, to learning how to pair wines with each course, we had a magnificent time. We would highly suggest taking his class as they provide a beautiful Tuscan meal that you will be dying to go home to try for yourself

We enjoyed an amazing experience with Giacomo and his family. From his warm welcome at his beautiful home to his passion for food, we learned so much about how he approaches Tuscan cooking and wine pairing. He combined fresh ingredients to creates amazing food that doesn’t overwhelm you. The meal he prepared (with our help) was exceptional. It was the perfect blend of learning, cooking, and tasting. We can’t wait to get home to try what we learned. This was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful time with Giacomo and Cristiana. Loved their philosophy to cooking- your food is only as good as your ingredients. Learned to make 2 different pastas and tiramisu, which we have been able to replicate at home. And the wine pairings were great. One of the highlights of our Italian adventure!
A highlight of my trip for sure! A beautiful family farm-that’s been in Giacomo’s family for 7 generations and you can tell the house has amazing history and a sense of family. Learned how to make some amazing pasta and tiramisu and I left full and with a smile on my face.
