I took my car last week this body shop to repair one door replace front bumper and fix some other small dints. I paid them the money that they asked for. They fix one part and leave a mess in many other part, they ask for extra money in the middle of work saying that they didn’t discuss that part, they don’t clean after work is done. Finally I received my car the day before yesterday and I had to wash it for cleaning their messes.
Now beside some new small dints they did to my car the pain doesn’t look clean and there are some drops for material they use on my windows and some other part that I can’t clean, don’t know what to do with it.
So If you have extra money burn it but don’t give to these guys.
They do good job
I leave this body shop with tears in my eyes .I am so disappointed with the service I receive. I brought my car to Edmon at Tuma auto service with some damages on the passenger seat door. After he fixed it not only the job was not smooth as new like he promised I ended with some more damages because I couldn't get my car door to get locked.i noticed it the next day and brought back the car to him. He completed deny it was his fault and claim maybe it was like that before he stared working with the car. After arguing back and forth with me for ten minutes he accepted to take responsibility and fixed it. After I drove away when I got home and parked my car I couldn't unlock the door to let myself out so I had to use the passenger seat to let myself out. I took it back to him the next day . This time he was able to fixe to the point I was able to lock it and unlock it without using the passenger seat but left me with new damages around the perimeter of the site door. When I noticed I mention to him he again did not want to take responsibility for it and want me to pay him more money to correct his mistake. I end up leaving with broken heart ...very dissatisfy with the service I received.I will never recommend anybody to Tuma auto service because Edmon job is not need he will cause more body damages to your car and will ask more money to fixe it. And not to forget to mention all the tree times I went to pick up my car after I called and he said it was ready . I had to wait after I get to his shop for him to stop working on other cars and finish mine in front of me.i am very disappointed and dissatisfy but he even didn't care and likes to argue.
I love how i got greeted at the door and how i was assisted so fast tuma knows what hes doing. 10/10
