This is a fun place of you're a pilot or just like to watch aircraft and rate some landings. Riverside is cool little airport situated right on the Tulsa/Jenks border. There is a nice viewing place on the south side of the air park. With plenty of student and seasoned pilots tuning their craft I'm sure you'll have a good time. There's also a good little place to eat called catering connection.

(A note to those who complain about the airports noise) Unless you lived here previous to 1958, you have no reason to complain. You moved next to or near an airport. You knew that airports are loud and have the potential to grow and change. Your complaints are invalid and petty. You dont like the noise then move! This airport is the busiest airport in Oklahoma, busier than Tulsa and Oklahoma City combined. The revenue that this brings is very substantial to the local economy. (My rant is over, hehehehehe)

I love to come here and relax while spotting airplanes landing and taking-off. Itwould be nice to have a spotting site on the north end of the runway, just like on the south side.

Great airport for take off and landings. Tower was patient. It was a bit busy but everything was clean and wife open. Fuel truck came within a few minutes to fuel us up.

We flew in for a last minute date night. The runways are great and the tower staff were very helpful and friendly. The taxiways are very well lit at night and easy to see and the fuel prices were great too. We will definitely put this on our list of great places to fly into for an evening!

This is a great little airport. It has changed some when I first started hiking to it with the Scouts in 1972.

Being a pilot and working for this airport sounds great but living directly under the new landing path isn’t! The towers they set up in our neighborhoods mess up your cable, wireless internet and antenna tv plus have provided me with ringing in my ears during heavy flight traffic times! Ohhh and with that also came headaches! Plus I feel like every other day I might be on a future episode of National Geographic Air Disasters! Not a Good Feeling Y’all! Not a good feeling! Why did you change the landing pattern from Tulsa Hills to the other side of the river? Curious residents would like to know?

ATC is top notch ????

I did all of my flight training out of this airport and instructed for a while there as well. The tower staff has always been professional and polite especially for how busy the airport is.

This is a fine airport to train at, and is a good airport to fly into if you are wanting to see Tulsa.
