Worsest customer service ever! Ordered my husband's food without cheese and they added a lot and a little extra. When I told the waitress named (Betty) she was super disrespectful and aggressive saying that we hadn't said no cheese ,she was in a super bad mood like its our fault she had to come into work today ????????????. With a bad attitude she took the plate back came back and almost threw the plate at my husband????, food was cold and not great at all????. Save your money you'd be better of and happier with a MCDONALD'S Happy meal! ????????
I went here with my husband and our friends. Our experience as a whole was less than ideal. The server was very inattentive. Our friend’s food was subpar, and although my food tasted good, it was practically forgotten by the server and the kitchen. All food at our table had been delivered and the server who took our order couldn’t remember what I ordered and thought I had ordered something completely different. When reminding him of my original order, I did not receive it until after all our friends had finished eating. There were maybe 10 other people in the restart in addition to my group of 6 at this time and a total of two servers for the whole restaurant. I would be more understanding if they were more busy or if it was just the one server as I have been in the service industry myself. I then had to go to the bar and ask for the check because we had been waiting for a while after finishing our meal. I asked for a discount on my food because the inconvenience and extended time it took to get a salad- virtually no cooking involved. They indeed did NOT give us a discount. I would not come here again and honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to come here either.
A fantastic, comfortable, traditional Mexican restaurant with a great menu and nice servers. We were two families and everyone found something they liked. Service was a bit slow but we weren't in a rush and the place was crowded. Parking is nearby and free.
This food is genuine ! So so delicious !! The fish platter is enough for 2!!! Hamburgers cooked to perfection !! Spanish rice so tender !
Worth the wait! Bring cash! It was amazing food. So yummy. Had some soup that was to die for.. chicken jalapeño Aztec … but we did have to wait for a really long time. Come to chill. And then at the end they told us they can’t take a credit card ???????? so hopefully my hubby finds an atm and comes back so we can leave.
We had a great meal here on our way from skiing at Aspen to visit friends in Eagle. Server was a splendid young bilingual gal. Drinks came with 5 minutes. Food was another 10. Place was full. Best $20 plate I have had for a while. Tilapia came with big shrimp, scallops, mussles. Margs were decent. Recommend.
This has become one of my favorite restaurants in Eagle and Gypsum! Not only that, it is one of the only affordable restaurants where their food seems to be high quality. My digestive systemcan tell they use integral ingredients. Everything I have ordered has also been delicious!
Every person that works there seems to enjoy their work. It is very family oriented.
They also feature an amazing patio and the restaurant itself welcomes me with bright colors and a happy, warm environment.
Great Service and the food is always delicious!! The owner isn't afraid to get out and mingle with the customers along with helping his staff. We had a birthday party here, the staff made it a fun time. My favorite meal is the Molcajete de Mariscos it is absolutely amazing (if you like seafood) the Tacos, and Asada are always tasty too. Yummy $3 margaritas on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I definitely recommend checking this place out.
