Do not trust this place, they are literally thieves. Took my car to a more reputable shop that actually found the root cause of its problems. This place will just replace parts, foot you with a bill, and your car will still have the same problem. Do yourself a favor, along with your wallet, don't come here.
Wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Doug and the employees here. My son and I unfortunately broke down while traveling for Thanksgiving. When i had called and explained my situation to Doug he was very sympathetic and understanding. Not only did they get me in right away figured out the problem with my vehicle they repaired it within 2 hours. The price seem more than fair for the repairs done. When vehicle was completed they took the time to come and pick me and my son up at hotel. This isn't just customer service. This is people helping people. Not sure if I will ever be back to Warrenton. But if I stop for gas or food I will stop by to say thank you again. Recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thanks again Trusted Auto Care.
Rob and Doug were both super helpful with explaining everything and breaking down everything that needed to be done.
Robert, the technician that was working on my car, was very helpful, super nice, and kept me up to date on how everything is, and how the overall job is looking in terms of how far over my original estimate I've gone due to unforeseen issues with some older parts on my car. Everything was done in a timely manner as well.
Definitely would recommend to family and friends.
I wish I could give this business more than five stars! I was traveling when my Check Engine light came on. I got a diagnosis at AutoZone, then went to Trusted Auto on their recommendation. I told them I had a "busted oil pump" and was headed home (a 2.5 hour trip). He said, "Maybe you just need oil. Let''s check it!" He checked it and what would have been an easy oil pump sale for Trusted Auto amounted to only 4 quarts of oil for me. He filled by oil on a cold, blustery day and didn't charge me a dime. The $20.00 I gave him came no where near to the gratitude I felt! My friend who I was visiting in Warrenton is now a devoted fan of Trusted Auto! They are without a doubt - the BEST!
I have been using Trusted Auto Care for many years. They have reliable staff that will not gouge you. They have worked on my cars, my wife's cars as well as my parents vehicles. They have also rebuilt my Jeep for me and do fine restoration work. I'm not sure what Rob's issues were, but I suspect he is an idiot.
We take both our vehicles here for all kinds of services. Always get friendly staff taking care of us going above and beyond. Reasonably priced and quick turnaround times. Will continue to be a customer for a long time. We drive past many other shops to come here.
If I could give a lower score I would. This company has their mechanics working for chump change. It’s so bad one of the techs breaks extra stuff on people’s cars just to get more hours. He also steals tools and parts from other techs to slow them down so they make even less money. These techs get paid by job and time it takes. They are allotted very little time to get these jobs done and because of this I have watched very shotty work go out those doors. These cars are supposed to be safe for family’s to drive away in when they are repaired and I wouldn’t trust these repairs with my family. Doug, the manager of the shop doesn’t know anything about the shop or repairs and doesn’t seem to care that he’s pushing these cars through so fast he could be endangering someone’s life.
