Very safe, super well lit parking area. This place is huge. The dirt road is a little bumpy but not too bad & it's super wide giving you enough space to maneuver. As a Female Trucker, ladies, I can not emphasize this enough, this is a SAFE, WELL LIT, FRIENDLY, CAMERA MONITORED SPACE!!!!! When you call, you're given instructions to Pay by Zelle or CashApp, it's LEGIT!!!! Make sure you have your food, snacks, & other facilities lol, & enjoy your stay!!!! P.S. The price is very reasonable, I was not upset about it at all!
The best parking yard in Tampa, I recommend it 100%. Safe, with very kind and attentive people, and at a great price.
Large, clean, secured lot. I have my truck parked there. 24-hour access. Plenty of spaces available.
I needed a spot to park my truck w/o trailer for a little over 2 weeks. Called them and was able to be confirmed a spot.
They utilize Cash App and Zelle for payment, Zelle wasn't working for me so I had to use cash app. But it went all smooth and I will be back if I need a spot to park. Price was very reasonable and affordable.

One star is taken off because the photos on Google are not the same as what you get. I wish they had more than 1 Porta potty because it is a bit of a long walk across the lot. Also, the road through is extremely bumpy. All of this can easily be improved, and otherwise, I'm very happy.
Its okay, price is above average especially for the state of the facility. If youre parked in the back its annoying because it takes so long to drive through the poor dirt road. Only staying because its the only 24 hour vacancy near me. Have had my trailer connector stolen twice and often have difficulties getting in and out due to a semi in the way with no driver in sight. The owner is nice and cooperative
Just started parking here last week and all is going well. I have no complaints. I appreciate the fact that it is well lit and gate closes at night.
Nice and safe place with cameras no complaints.
