Food is not fresh and is stale but they still serve you knowing this. Patties/dumplings are microwaved straight from the fridge poor overall will review again in 6 months time
All there serving is bun pot food , currygoat pure bone and gristle fat
When you bring it to their attention they blame the butcher supplier ( not the chef who prepared it and would.d have seen the gristle before cooking it ) and you the customer .
Crooks and c .u .nx tuesdays. They'll be closed in year better off going to a wine bar ...... and theyll probablyl sell you Chinese counterfeit drinks.
I BEGGED you in the notes . Please DO NOT give me BURNT salt fish fritters this time.... And what did I get? WORSE burnt fritters ever.... BURNT hard... not edible to eat at all... Can't even brake it apart. YOU LOT ARE BADMIND AND GONE BACKWARDS. HOW YOU SERVE THIS OVER AND OVER?
The food here is amazing. I love coming here and look forward to eating here whenever I’m local. The quality and flavours in the jerk and stew chicken are outstanding honestly. Definitely recommend going here if you haven’t!
Appalling customer service- when I called up to explain the food wasn’t good I was treated badly on the phone and told it was fresh and there has been no other complaints that day, and wasn’t taken at my word, and simply put accused of lying. No apology even when I explained that’s all I wanted as I couldn’t get a refund directly from the restaurant as we ordered online. It was a large curry goat and rice and peas and not only was the rice inedible, the goat curry was very salty thus also inedible.
Never has rice and kidney beans been so dry and hard! Disappointing and a disaster. Real shame as we’ve ordered from here many times, but will NEVER AGAIN!
If I could then I would of given this restaurant no stars, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest (which this restaurant aint deserving of!) Anyway I ordered jerk chicken rice & peas & firstly straight away I noticed that the chicken looked extremely dry & after taking a bite I realized that the food was definitely not fresh & I ended up getting a really bad stomach & so I will never be ordering from here again.. It's by far the worse ever Caribbean that I've ever had.. Avoid at all cost..!!! Disappointed ????

It was yesterday & as for the receipt.. you did not provide me with one.. also instead of always having answers or "excuses" all the time for your customer complaints.. why not rectify the mistakes & actually try & improve your quality of food & customer service.. then maybe just maybe you might get better customer reviews..!! Just saying..!! ????)
Do not eat here. I was tool there was Veg soup available I ordered two, one was heated up the other was for later. Once home an eating the soup I found a bit of chicken in the soup called the owner he said no it Veg or a bit of chicken my have fallen into the soup, this has happened to me once before where a meat soup is served at veg soup minus the large bits of meat ???? Being Vegetarian for some 40 years this is not good service
Really delicious food. And very reasonably priced. I got two meals out of my order. The plantain is cooked so wonderfully. I can't fault anything I tried. A bit slow to get the delivery out but that is my only criticism. Lovely on the phone and so nice they offer more than one option for vegans. I've uploaded some pics ????.
