This location isn’t my go to honestly. However I went today before getting on the hwy and though the cashier was very customer friendly everything just gave a very ghetto experience. The manager was discussing with the employees about an incident that should’ve taken place after the store was empty or in a private area. The smoothie I got tasted like water, no flavor at all. And I added white chocolate which wasn’t done at all after paying for it. The second smoothie I got tasted better. The sante fe dilla I got was very messy. The music was giving trap club house. Overall it was a bad experience.
This place is always so ghetto. I went once before today and ordered the chia oatmeal bowl. They added a ton of coconut and thats not even a ingredient for the bowl, i said i wasnt goin back then. I only went today because of the convenience of it being close to my house. I got the chia oatmeal bowl again. I told the cashier i didn't want bananas or blueberries instead strawberries and granola. The bowl barely had any oatmeal. A lot of granola and strawberries instead. The lady that made my bowl didn’t even wanna be there her energy gave that. Its safe to say ill jus take that ride to clinton where my bowl is perfect everytime!

Ordered the detox smoothie but substituted the mango for extra Pineapple last night. It tasted like watered kale, I brought it back in this morning, the guy at the register assured me that it didn't come from their store because he worked lastnight, aeven though the label was still on it and showed otherwise. He pulled off the label and proceeded to remake my smoothie. SN: An interview was taking place when I arrived and the interviewer was wearing a bonnet. How are you conducting an interview wearing a bonnet?? It told me everything I needed to know about this location smh. The gentleman finished making me my drink and had me taste it and I immediately realized he did not know how to make my drink and that was his best. I took the drink and left, I will not be coming back to this location.
My friend ordered online smoothies and a sandwich for us. When she arrived 15-20 mins later, one of the workers there told my friend that she hadn't made the smoothies yet. The girl then proceeded to make other smoothies and finally ours. My friend reminded the girl about the note of substituting sugar for Splenda. The girl read the substitution note but didn't understand what substitution meant and put both sugar and Splenda in the smoothie. The girl, then had an attitude when my friend explained she wanted just Splenda and not sugar, hence the substitution note. Once the smoothies were made, they forgot to hand my friend my flatbread sandwich which was just sitting on the counter for at least 30 mins at that time. When my friend arrived to my house with the smoothies, I noticed a note on my smoothie that said non fat yogurt which was not what my friend ordered me. The Mango Berry Cosmo doesn't come with yogurt so I was confused why it had yogurt in it. My friend had ordered Baked Lays chips with my sandwich and I received Harvest Cheddar Cheese chips, smh. The final straw was when I ate my flatbread sandwich. Paper was left in my sandwich! I bit and ATE paper folded into the food! This is UNACCEPTABLE and every one there needs training on how to act professional, treat customers, understand orders and make the food properly!!!!
I walked in there today, I was greeted soon as I walked in. And the first thing i thought was a high school. Everybody that was in there had to be 25 and under. After the using restroom .I order a smoothie and bbq shrimp quesadilla. My smoothie was made right away. I then waited a extra 10-15 minutes for my quesadilla. it was atleast 8-10 staff there it was no way that i should've waited that long for my food to be prepared and there was 8-10 staff on the clock. After waiting so long for my food a young man walked up to me and asked what was I waiting for and I told him my food. After that he walked over with my food in hand. I went back to my vehicle and I felt in my gut that my smoothie and quesadilla was not right. So I opened my quesadilla and all the (6) shrimp was in one packet of the quesadilla. And my smoothie tasted like sugar ice with color. So I took my quesadilla back in and asked if they can make it over because all the shrimp was just in one packet of the quesadilla. After the young lady took my food. Everybody gather around to see what the food looked like. Everybody in there looked at me with looks on their faces like I was the problem all because i asked for my food to be made over. So after I get my second quesadilla something told me that this one was gonna be messed up to. So I opened this one and there was 1 shrimp in each packet of the quesadilla. I went from 6 to 4 shrimp. At this point I'm already in my car and I wasnt going back in there to start no argument because i been at work til 2:15AM. There needs to be better training on making the smoothies and food proportion. This is the first location I went to and I will not be going back.
Bad customer service, employees made a mistake on my order and charged me for more than what I ordered. When I brought it to the manager, he tried to tell me at least I'm getting my food did not seem interested in fixing their mistake. I chose not to argue with this guy over 5 dollars but am not coming back to this location.
Best tropical smoothie in Southern Prince George’s County. Go there after my workouts and the smoothie is always perfect. THEY MAKE THE BEST WRAPS out of all the Tropical Smoothie’s. I go there about 2-3 days a week. The manager is phenomenal.
