I was super excited to get my delicious wrap and my jalapeno corn but unfortunately I couldn't even finish my wrap I took three bites and I couldn't eat it. It was mushy , the avocados were not fresh, the lettuce was wilted ,the rice was soggy ????. I do think it could have been an amazing wrap had the produce & ingredients been fresh. I couldn't even eat the jalapeno corn because there was about an inch of grease and oil in the bottom and it just turned my stomach. Unfortunately I lost my debit card so I can't even have my meal refunded. I don't think I will ever come back to tropical smoothie. I could see how the lunch would have been good and worth the $15 had I been able to actually enjoy fresh ingredients! Unfortunately I will have to grab something at the gas station because I came on my lunch break. Do not think I will try any other tropical smoothie establishment anytime soon. On a positive note the food was hot and they made my order extremely fast via mobile order. It was extremely convenient to order pay for and pick up! Now if only it were edible.
I’m writing this message regarding the smoothie I ordered from Tropical Smoothie Café through DoorDash. After reaching out to the manager (DEREK DEAN) to discuss my concerns about the quality of the smoothie, I encountered a disappointing level of rudeness and lack of customer service. As a longtime customer of your establishment, I was taken aback by this experience. I understand that mistakes happen, and I believe in providing constructive feedback to help improve the customer experience. However, the manner in which my concerns were handled was unacceptable. I still value the quality of your products and service and hope that this incident can be addressed appropriately. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and any steps you can take to ensure better communication and customer service in the future. Thank you for your time and consideration. The staff and the manager were rude and not helpful. I ordered 2 smoothies and when I called to see if the order can be sent to another store or refund, I was told no. I would lose y money and not have my drinks. I asked to speak to manger and he relayed a message he was too busy and their company is a franchise. People make mistakes and are able to get a refund, but the establishment does not care about customer service at all. The worst experience I have ever had, and word of mouth can affect a business.
I ordered through the Tropical Smoothie app, and the door dash person who picked my order up didn’t get my food. I called the store and was very upset as I couldn’t report or request a refund in the app. The manager called me back and had someone from the store run me a fresh sandwich. A year ago I would tell you you’re crazy if I heard of this, but whatever changes they have made is phenomenal. Customer satisfaction is their #1 and I’m here for it. I will definitely be returning to this location.
Helpful and friendly staff. First using straw you can eat. Service was fast .outside seating and alot of room to sit down inside
GREAT EXPERIENCE today at Tropical Smoothie cafe Bartram Park. I had a lot of questions and decisions to make about my wrap and my smoothie lol... And everyone was super helpful and friendly. My food was customized for my special desires and the taste ...AHHHmazing! To top it off, my smoothie taste great and came with a smile and special message. Thank you to Lexi and crew. You all are 3 perfect reasons to keep coming. ????????
Management seems to have changed
For the better compared to a year or more ago. All for the better! We did an online order and but came in earlier than when the order was set but they worked on getting it done earlier which was supernice! They didn’t have to, and those folks were great. Thanks guys for working it early and I know the systems dont work that way. My order was scheduled for 12:30pm on Nov 12, 2023 if management is looking at this posting. Whomever was running the place at the time, take care of that person. Shout to Jerry and TJ who helped me. They rock! Super friendly.
Ordered from the wrong location. Called the store to explain and cancel order to get a refund. The owner who has zero business dealing with the public because we were told NO I AM NOT GOING TO REFUND IT NOTHING I CAN DO. Well honey, while at another location near my house on my lunch break, I was told by their GM the process of getting a refund. When an online order goes to the wrong store all that needs to be done is submit the refund request to the district manager. Really lady mistakes happen. I hope you realize that we might be out $27.29 right now, but you have lost my family, my wives family who live in Mandarin, our neighbors will definitely hear about this on our Facebook page that ALL 101 house love to talk about drama, and all of my personal connections in the culinary industry. Sorry woman, you are also speaking with a chef who has friends that work in many restaurants in the area. Gotta look at the big picture, good luck with your failing business. I can say that because if you won’t refund $27.92 and it’s a “BIG” order to you that much is obvious.
