Not a bad experience. After seeing other reviews I was worried. The restaurant is nice but needs some routine cleaning especially around the air ducts. Someone also slung some sort of liquid all across the ceiling lol. I order the salsa Verde quesadilla with Chips and a Jetty Punch smoothie. Food was good. I can say the smoothies are what makes me want to return though. The food is good enough to eat again but if it wasn't for the smoothies I wouldn't be there.
I hate this place! I usually spends $30 and never get my money worth, plus the meat is always undercooked and I’m pregnant so I can’t eat raw bacon ???? or meat! They gave me a Quesadilla with just cheese and half of a tomato! ;(
I literally come here almost everyday! Normally I dont complain but today Im a bit frustrated. I asked for my wrap to have no parmesan. It came with parmesan and though it looked beautiful, I couldn't eat it. I sent it back only for it to come back looking this way. I was hungry so I tried to eat it and simply couldn't finish it. Totally gross. The smoothie tasted like aate4 mostly, no flavor like it normally has. Im definitely disappointed to say the least with my visit today. I spend a lot of money here and would really like my food and smoothie to be up to par.
Location 7248 has absolutely horrible customer service at this location and it’s highly unlikely that I’ll ever recommend this location to any of my friends or followers on social media. The cashier #1, had a very nasty attitude when my husband asked for military discount, she acted as if she didn’t want to provide extra napkins when the napkin container was literally completely empty, and the way the Baja chicken wrap was prepared was horrible. I asked nicely to have the wrap cut in half and wrapped separately, the woman acted like she couldn’t hear me and the entire group of her other coworkers had to explain what to do. She allowed all the ingredients to spill outside of the wrap and just had a nasty, unwelcoming, unprofessional & passive aggressive attitude. Completely ruined my experience with Tropical Smoothie. I am completely unsatisfied and as a veteran I truly felt disrespected.
love tropical smoothie and i’ve never had any issues with my orders, but the employees are a little unwelcoming ☹️ i feel like i’m being a nuisance when i walk in
My daughters and I had lunch here for the first time and were so pleased!! The portions were a very good size, and the food was full of flavor! The ladies working were so pleasant and helpful! We are definitely going back and will try smoothies next time!
Had a Mango Berry Cosmo on yesterday. It was NOT good at all. I won't call out the girl who did it, but y'all need to train your workers to know how to make smoothies because mine was NASTY- I had to throw away a costly smoothie. I won't go back to this location again!
My son went to this location on Monday, February 11 around 2:40PM to get his usual peanut butter paradise smoothie. When he was almost home he noticed that the texture was off, but just like a man he decided he wouldn't worry about it. A sip or two later, he couldn't drink it noting that it was lumpy and gritty. The person making it obviously didn't take time to mix the protein and peanut butter correctly making it inedible. When I realized that he paid almost $6.00, I decided to call to speak with management for a remake of the smoothie. I spoke with a young lady ( I didn't get her name) and asked for management in order to explain the situation while on my way to the store. When I got there, I explained the situation again, and showed them the picture my son text me. I waited for several minutes while it seemed like they were remaking it, then after I waited for several more minutes; I was told that they couldn't remake it without the smoothie because the manager wasn't there. I understand this, but my problem is that they did not tell me this over the phone prior to me getting there, nor did they tell me this before I waited for ten minutes thinking they were remaking the smoothie. When I asked for management I was told that Demple Ahja wasn't present and they couldn't get her on the phone. Why didn't they make me aware of the situation prior to me coming to the store and having me wait for nothing wasting my time. If the employees are making this particular smoothie incorrectly, then surely it should be important to said employee(s), and definitley management in order to correct this issue and insure that it doesn't continue to happen in the future. Before closing, I would like to add that although it was an extremely frustrating situation after getting the run-around, I continued to conduct myself in a professional manner. I am just really dissapointed in the customer service in this case.
