I tried the smoothie bowl for the first time. I got the açaí bowl and the fruit was very fresh and the bowl was very tasty but for $11 I expected it to be bigger. I think you get a better deal when you get the actual smoothies. Customer service was great - I went through the drive thru and it was very efficient and the employees were friendly.
Ive tried a bunch of different smoothies and only one was gross (but it's my fault because I figured it would be). Here's the top flavors I've tried so far from best to worst.

Yeah I should have known better since I wasn't much of a fan of ginger.
I've been grabbing smoothies for the last couple of weeks and they have always been really good.
If you have a sweet tooth and like mangoes you'll love mango magic and if you're interested in a bit more greens, island Green is a good substitute. Pomegranate Plunge is perfect when I want something with sweet berries with a hint of tartness. All of the ones I've tried are good, except detox. As a sweet tooth, I didn't fare well but I do know others who do like the flavor and it IS the healthiest on the menu.
I go around one in the afternoon and never seem to get caught in a line. The workers are always friendly, and the one time I almost had a bad experience with them forgetting I was there they apologized and seemed sincerely upset. I realized they changed shifts so it didn't bother me. The drinks are always good, though I've never ordered the food from this location. Which might be why I get my order so fast. ⏩
I've felt more alert and relatively active since I've been drinking these and while it hits my budget I still like to go by a couple times a week.

Molly called me the next day and I explained the situation, she did explain that there may not have been a senior manager there to override the decision, I am appreciative of her calling and making right of the situation making me me feel as if my business is appreciated and valued. I normally encounter Molly through the drive through and her energy really beams through the speaker. She’s always so upbeat and just really gives you the “Chick fil la” experience.
Just left this location…I came because it was advertised if you purchase a meal you get a free smoothie. With app and coupon in hand I placed the order and was told it wasn’t working. The young lady saw what was advertised, after her trying for over 10 mins I asked for a manager to honor the deal and she told me she was the manager and they just couldn’t give away “free food”. Your app advertises a free smoothie with food purchase. As a manager I would make a business decision in satisfying the customer rather losing a customer over 7.00. Horrible customer service. After calling corporate I was told “she definitely should have just honored the coupon”. Silly
I ordered a southwest wrap this morning and it only had chicken egg & cheese in it. There was no tomato, spinach or chipotle Mayo which was disappointing bc I’ve ordered this before from this location & it was good!
The Trop Smooth location at the Saint John's Town Center is great! I come to this location 4-5 times a week for my usual - the Island Green. And they are consistent! My smoothie comes out tasting the like it should, refreshing and delicious, 99% of the time! I highly recommend this location for tropical smoothies!!
The worst tropical smoothie in Jacksonville. Always some kind of issue. And I frequent tropical smoothie weekly.

This is my first bad review. I know as an employee you want to leave early especially when teens are closing. I understand. Closing the store more than 30 minutes before closing time and this wasn't the first time.
ABSOLUTELY love this location, the whole crew is so pleasing and fast working! Smoothies/ food are always so tasteful!! They greet you in and out of the building which makes your day a whole lot better to feel so welcome and served with great attitudes!!! Huge appreciation for Carie who is the most patient person with everyone who comes in the store and through the drive through!! Keep up the amazing work sweet angels!!!
