If I could give a zero star, I would. Placed an online order for a single smoothie, no food. Came in ten minutes later, right around my pickup time and waited nearly 50 minutes for nothing. I asked at least twice about my smoothie and they kept telling me it was coming while continuing to make several other smoothies. Finally around the 50 minute mark they asked for my name and order stating they couldn’t find it or maybe someone took it. (Hard to believe because at this point they already had my name so if you’d made my smoothie, you should know to give it to that person) At this point I couldn’t even wait any longer due to other plans and left, losing my time and money.
Edit: they did end up resolving the issue by allowing me to come in and get my smoothie
The smoothies are delicious as always. The service was just ok. The employees, though freindly, had limited interaction with customers. The store was clean. It was a good visit.
I’ve been coming to this location for years since it’s close to my job. I’ve never had any issues, until today. They had to make my order 3 times! I only ordered a shake.. The first time, another customer grabbed it and they did remake it. When they remade it.. it was wrong again! I sat in there for 30 minutes to get one smoothie. The hostess did apologize. However, I’m late for work, and what should have to taken 5 minutes to make. Turned into 30 minutes. Very disappointed!
This particular visit gets a 5 star rating overall. We ordered 2 of the same breakfast items. I usually get the American Wrap but wifey changed my mind to ordering the healthy bowl.
She asked the associate what is the most popular one, they have 4. She said the acai bowl. That's what we got. $10.00 well spent. It was totally awesome. Can't wait to get another one.
Well as much as I like Tropical Smoothie
Cafe's food and smoothies, this is one of the most inconsistent restaurants that I frequent. I guess I should expect this though seeing how the young staff that they hire in these franchises have no real interest in the business and therefore no care about anything.
Very poorly run business by a bunch of kids.
This is the last time me and my family will be eating here. To start off, we called trying to place an order on the phone and were denied because “of corporate” so we went up to place our order at the store. 30$ for 3 drinks, then the kiosk asked me to tip 6$ for just placing my order, after leaving and returning they were just finishing up my order, the woman working did not know how to make my drink and had to call someone over because she forgot to put ice in the drink.it took her and the manager an extra 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong with it. Will not be returning.
Last year they let us use crocs to get the free smoothie during flip flop day and after 10 minutes of standing in the sun the worker outside tells us crocs don’t count.
Trash on floor tables not wiped down cashier eating a bag of chips as we are giving order what happened to bag of chips or fruit offered? They have literally asked no one what side they would like
Very sad salad. Smoothie was delicious. Not worth the money to get salad. I only got 4 pieces of dry chicken. The veggie is also dry. Looks like I got an old salad. The sweet potato was good. I order this as a pick up so I can’t comment on the experience since my husband picked up for me. One star removed due to salad and I can’t give them the service a star since I wasn’t there for service.
