I placed an online order here and when I showed up my food was ready, however my smoothie was not. The employees looked stressed so I patiently waited 30 minutes with no problem. When I received my smoothie it was the wrong one. At that point I kindly asked the employee if I would just be able to receive a refund for the smoothie. She proceeded to yell at me about how they were understaffed and was unwilling to remake it or provide a refund. I reached out to tropical smoothie support hoping to receive a refund and they never got back to me. I don’t usually do reviews, however this tropical smoothie is poorly managed and run. I would not recommend.
I love Tropical Smoothie's food, but the service at this particular one is not great. Today there was actually hair in the quesadilla.
I always enjoy the food and smoothies and tends to be one of my go to meals but the service is staff is just horrible at this location. I placed an order 4/27/24 at 1:00PM, 47 minutes to get 2 smoothies and 2 sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous and not to mention, once inside nobody greeted or even asked if we were going to a order… I am done with this location, I hope this location can get it together as i’ve now saw this isn’t a one time thing… Just super disappointing…
This place has THE WORST customer service of any place our family has ever gone. They take forever, are super rude, and act like you’re bothering them to order there. We gave them another chance today bc we ordered online and thought that might make it easier. After arriving well after the time the order said it would be ready, we were told to pull in a spot. After waiting 30 minutes, we realized they had not started the order yet. When we went inside to get it straightened out, an employee literally screamed at us, even when we were being calm and just asking for our money back. It was unbelievable. They did not give us our money back. Wasted our time. Officially our last time at this location, which stinks bc it’s close to our house.
This place has terrible service.
Usually takes like a half hour in the drive-thru at least to blend up some veggies? Kind of strange.
I ordered Energizer in one of my two smoothies. I did not want my wife to have it that she was pregnant. They gave me two identical cups... After waiting a half hour to drive through I didn't even have time to demand a refund.
So I am leaving this review.
They are SO friendly! The restaurant is clean, the service is fast for just having 3 associates in store. I've been here twice, once with my service dog and they were flawless both times! Highly recommend!
I will never eat here again, the food was cold. The chicken was cold. My smoothie was bitter like the fruit was old. I wouldn't seeing that moldy chicken Pic. I will never eat here again waste of time and money. Spent $21.00 and regret every last penny I wasted. The employees always seem like they don't belong cooking food. Incompetent is a great word for these guys. I ordered food here and it was totally wrong. My wife has a severe allergy to cheese and we specifically asked for two thing’s without it. (Just in case they mess up on one) BOTH have cheese and she’s can’t eat. So glad I didn’t even get a full refund for this. Don’t order here.
