I recently visited Tropic Grill, and their sandwiches are absolutely delicious! Not only were the portions generous, but the flavors were just perfect, leaving a lasting impression. The restaurant itself is clean and tidy, providing a comfortable dining environment. I will definitely be coming back next time!
I came here with low expectations. My car was getting its breaks done and I was hungry and walked to this location. When I arrived I asked for the menu and asked to be place far from everyone since I was working. They accommodated me and I was able to order. Dianelys took care of me and was very nice and helpful. The food was so good. I was not expecting it to be this good to the point that I’m trying to figure out how to come more often since this is out of the way for me and I’m only around for my car! I definitely want to come try other dishes! It is BBB- bueno, bonito y barato. I ordered more rice ( which I barely eat) and some plantains to go to eat later. They add garlic to the rice giving it an amazing flavor!
I love the quality of the food and the service at Tropic Grill. Server Luz is always very friendly and helpful in recommending new food. We usually order a club sandwich for brunch and cafe con Leche and empanadas for breakfast. My favorite chicken cordon blue, small red bean and rice, Arroz imperial, sopa Malanga..everything is good
I called to place an order over the phone, the girl that answered the phone told me that my order was going to be ready in 15min, I get there 30 min after and my order was not ready, when I get my order I see that my steak is well done after i said that I wanted it medium rare( I say this in English) apparently she didn’t understand since she only speaks Spanish, but what got me mad is that this girl told me that next time I need to be more cleared. No customer service at all, I guess is too much for her, she was in the window by her self answering phones and helping everyone.
I had the Pork Fricassee and it was excellent, with side black beans/rice and plantains. The service and food is amazing and absolutely worth it. Oh! Also try the Three Cake for dessert an excellent way to end your meal. You will not be disappointed.
Delicious steak sandwich (pan con bisteck). Good service. By the way, they do deliver food orders around the area.
Good local place with cheap and delicious dishes. Cafecito is authentic and service is quick and friendly. Ended up here to kill some time and I had an amazing lunch and coffee for little less than $12.
The ox tail is really good. It is a little greasy but good. the meat is very tender and has a unique flavor. It goes well with rice.
