Great experience. Dee is very friendly and professional. He responded immediately to my towing request and kept me updated on the pick up and drop off for my car. He towed my car back to my house quickly and safely. I'd highly recommend him for any towing needs.
So impressed with the service I received from this company. The driver rescued me and my young kids from a very narrow section of shoulder on I-40. He came very quickly and was super knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle. My family was traveling and were from out of town. We still had 2 hours left in our trip and he got us back on the road in super reasonable time frame. Can't say enough good things about this experience. If you have to be stuck on the side of the road, these are the people you want to help you out!
Oh, and, completely reasonable price!
Amazing service, great guy, and really great skill in getting my Ford Explorer towed despite it being in a difficult position. Highly recommend Triple L over other local companies who were rude or unavailable.
I used Triple L's for a tow to the repair shop when my car broke down in Greensboro earlier this month. Called them up and was told they could be there in about 45 minutes - he arrived in 40. Had the car up and rolling away ten minutes later. Five stars in every area - customer service, equipment, clearly knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys every day.
Dee was amazing. I am a female college student and I broke down near Greensboro. Dee asked where I wanted to take it, he offered his recommendation and honestly saved me a lot of money. Even though I was close to UNCG, I still felt stranded and alone in the moment but Dee was professional, patient and also made me feel safe. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and called me this evening to check in. He charged me $85 and I know from other family members that have had a tow, this a very reasonable price.
Towing was quick . Would give him a 5 star but I’ve been waiting for my invoice to give to my insurance for 4 days now and he’s been brushing me off saying he’s been too busy with other towings and that he’ll send it when he gets back in office. Now he isn’t responding back and I’m very unsatisfied because I was referred to him and not sure if I will use him in the future because of this.. I wish everything was professional from the beginning instead of taking my payment and not providing my complete service.
The best! He was the only tow truck driver I could get help from at 7pm that day! I highly recommend this company! They even buy junk cars!
