I am so amazed at the amazing service this pharmacy offered! Only emailed this morning to find out how to set up a delivery service for my prescriptions, I received a very prompt response with the information I needed! I then ordered my items required via the NHS app and my items arrived this afternoon! Fantastic customer service from the initial email right through to the lovely polite man that delivered my medication! 5 stars all round would 100% recommend
If you look through the reviews, you will see mainly positive ones, but also some negative ones. When I chose to use this pharmacy, wanting to use an independent business rather than a chain, I decided to ignore the negative reviews. I was initially happy with the service, however I will now advise you to avoid this pharmacy if you are able to visit another in town.
They don’t have the most “work life friendly” opening hours, but that didn’t bother me as they have the 24/7 dispensary vending machine, which I thought was super helpful. I have used this for a few months, but one time a couple of months ago, the machine crashed after I paid, but before it dispensed my prescription, which led to me paying twice for my prescription. As is standard these days, I queried it with the bank and they immediately returned the money, which I had always assumed was the bank refunding you anyway, not the business. Even if it is the business that refunds, a refund is still due from them as it was their machine that charged me twice.
Yesterday, I phoned to order my prescription, to which the helpful lady on the phone said okay. I then get a call a few minutes later from a man (I’m assuming the owner) bringing up the issue from the double payment and me requesting a refund through the bank. He was very rude, and said that they had called me 4 times since this happened and I didn’t answer, telling me that I “need to learn to answer the phone when it rings”. The calls were always whilst I was at work. He said I was at fault because I never went in to tell them there was an error and never called them back. I looked at my phone history afterwards and saw that I rang them 3 times the day after after I last missed their call, and have ordered 2 prescriptions from them over the phone since. They never left a message on the times I missed their calls. How was I supposed to know there was an issue if I wasn’t told there was an issue?
I even offered to pay twice for the prescription, but the man on the phone was really dismissive and stand-off ish and I was told I needed to find a new pharmacy. I immediately changed pharmacy on the NHS app. I returned today to pick up my final prescription (although when I got there I found they returned it to the system, so I can now pick it up from my new pharmacy), and when I asked to speak to the manager, and showed him the phone records, he was again really dismissive and shrugging his shoulders, telling me he went by the notes. Terrible customer service.
I am highly disappointed with Trinity Pharmacy, and would suggest avoiding this pharmacy.
Went recently for microsuction, could not remove all the wax first time but succeeded the next day. Great service 5*
Would recommend if you want to hear clearly.
Staff are very helpful, attentive and accommodating. Good location too, by the Dr's surgery and the bus stop.

Fantastic service and the 24 hour collection machine is a great addition .
Opted for Trinity Pharmacy purely on the basis that I walk past it each day. I tend to pop in, let them know I need to collect, then go back in on my way past later.
For the most part this has worked ok, despite sometimes getting the feeling that I'm inconveniencing the staff by my mere presence.
Latest ordeal; dropped by in the afternoon and said I'd be back in the morning to collect. Was told my prescription would be ready and waiting.
Following morning, it was not. I was asked if I'd requested the medication... Informed the staff member that of course I had, and that I'd been told it would be ready.
No apology; her dismissive response was simply, "Yeah, we've been really really busy". We're all busy, which is exactly why I gave them the heads-up 18 hours prior.
She asked me to take a seat, as if not expecting that I might need to be somewhere else. I said I'd have to come back later, to a response of, "No worries", as she turned her back on me.
As I walked away I immediately logged on to the NHS app and changed my nominated pharmacy.
Trinity pharmacy always provide me with a fantastic service, when I need help with clients medications. Faultless 24hour collection service. Thank you Trinity
