Dr victor, has always been really cheerful and makes me feel comfortable. Really friendly makes you feel at ease. He explain really well. The hygienist is also really good, friendly and makes you feel comfortable.
It’s quite easy getting an appointment, doesn’t really get to busy.
I have had mix experience with the receptionist, some are really friendly and well come you while others are not so friendly.

They possibly just need a new Receptionist, as the dental nurse had to double up, and she didn't appear overly happy with this!

Dr Victor and his team have taken excellent care of my teeth during my maternity. Very proactive about finding solutions and gentle which is always appreciated when it comes to Dental work.
The doctor there is very friendly and helped to admit my daughter to get braces when she was upset with her teeth. The treatments are very good and you get clear explanations on your teeth and health. The team there is kind as well. I would very much recommend going to this dentist.
Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Very unprofessional, unclean, unfriendly. The shutters are partially down, the place is really shabby and unclean, lights off, have to knock to be let in then door locked behind you. Was told appointment was half an hour later than told on the phone. Terrible communication on the phone. Wrong name was put twice on the forms. The Dentist was not wearing scrubs but a tracksuit, didn't greet or look up when i entered until i said hello. I knew there was a big cavity from my orthodontist, who he kept questioning, as if some bruise to ego. Interrupted, patronised and was not listening. Told me to look myself for the holes he couldn't find - I questioned this, as I'm not a dentist. He told me to find another dentist and leave as I had personally offended him, that I was questioning him. The ego was a big barrier here. Registered with a new dentist, friendly, clean, professional, they spotted the huge cavity immediately, x rayed, treatment plan, all in 15 minutes. Thankful at the prospect of needing some work done and it not being here. Rude, unprofessional and a horrible hour. Avoid - much better local dentists offering nhs treatment who are kind, efficient, care for their patients and won't waste your time

Probably the best dental practice that has treated me. I've had a lot of work done on my teeth - from fillings, to root canals, to crowns, and they've all gone really well and I've never had any issues after the treatments are done. Dr. Valerie is great - she's really gentle and accommodating. Like most people I get uncomfortable about the anaesthetic injection, but she somehow manages to be gentle, minimising any pain/sharpness. Her work is always really clean and well fitting. The receptionist (I think her name is Constance?) is also really nice. Overall a nice practice to go to. I'm always excited about my teeth being one step closer to being healthier and better when I'm there.
Friendly and professional treatment and service. The dentist suggested a procedure I had not heard of to help with cavities: very gently and easily done and I'm happy with the result.
