Our driver was incredibly rude. She wasn't just rude to my daughter and me, but she was also rude to other customers who called in. Her cab smelled like smoke, and it was dirty. I will never use them again. I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt the need to write and warn others on this one!
I love using Triangle Taxi and have been using this service all year. Ali is great and picks me up at all the odd times of day when I work and have no one else to depend on! I don’t know what I would do without them. Cheaper, far more reliable and always available unlike any other services including Uber and Lyft.
I called simply to ask if there was someome available. Instead of answering with a yes or no they asked where i was going and then hesitated and said Nope sorry that will tie up into my next scheduled ride.. Refusing to take calls more often than not..
Absolutely horiable taxi service!!!!!!!! I asked how long the wait time would be, and they decided to hang up on me. About 4 hours later I got a call saying how my taxi had arrived. I live about 15 Minuites away from Triangle Taxi, so it should not take this long. Also, the taxi driver was the worst. Horiable vocabulary. Horiable service, and just an awful company. I do not know why they are not out of business yet. Who takes this type of service? WORLD'S WORST TAXI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love triangle taxi since moving into Williamsburg area I been using them every since I recommend this taxi company very professional.... Ali Always picks me up and bring me to work on time!! And always there when I need and ride... I always book my rides ahead of time and are always there to confirm pick early..... triangle taxi is the best choice if you’re in need for a nice comfortable enjoyable ride ride ...
This has got to be the worst cab service ever. The cab driver had a nasty attitude & he cussed at me & didn't apologize after I told him that using profanity was unnecessary. He didn't apologize his smart remark back to me was "okay?". I will never be calling this cab ever again & the dispatch woman was also rude. I wouldn't recommend this taxi to ANYONE! It was cab number 505
Taxi car 507 was driving close to my car If I hit the brakes just a little she would of hit me. She speeding through a 25 speed zone. I turned onto bypass rd and she manage to catch up with me after she turned down Merrimac rd. Then she proceeds to ride my tail again. She claims I was speeding down a 35 zone at 45 when I was doing 45 in a 45 zone. She about recked into my car yet again. She’s very rude.
