Tri Rivers has amazing customer service! Unfortunately, I have had my car in for repairs two times and everyone was so helpful! Dave explained everything very clearly and helped us to understand the process and our repairs to the vehicle. I had major damage done to my car and it turned out beautifully! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for a job carefully and meticulously done!
Tri Rivers Collision does immaculate work with outstanding customer service! I absolutely recommend them. They replaced the tailgate on my Jeep Gladiator after being backed in to by an 18-wheeler and the color match couldn’t be better. They even got the Line-X bedliner redone to match both in color and texture. Martha runs the desk and took care of me every step of the way dealing with insurance, I didn’t have to do any legwork. She made it so easy! Highly recommend!

Kudos to everyone at Tri Rivers collision. Best group of people ever. Got my truck done in the time frame that was originally set. Had rockers put on my truck and they did an impeccable job. Saw it halfway thru and was very impressed with how the interior was protected. When the truck was done i picked it up and it was spotless. Even repaired a couple of small things that were broke. I will 100% recomend them and take my vehicles to them in the future . Very nice people.
I’ve been taking my vehicles for body work to the Indian River location for over 20 years. My work has always been for insurance claims so I have had little out of pocket expense, just the deductible. But I realize they aren’t the least expensive body shop out there. There is good reason for that though; they go above and beyond with their work. They remove trim and accessories to repair and paint, not just up to those parts. They detail the inside and outside of your vehicle. They even removed and straightened my antique front license plate that had been damaged when a deer bashed my bumper. They are good communicators and Martha and the boys are easy to work with. 2 thumbs up! If I had more thumbs I’d put them up too!
Great job on repairs. Car came back good as new from the deer incident plus nice detail job inside. Can't thank them enough for how easy it was to work with them.
Dave and Martha in the front office are great and know what's involved in your repair and dealing with your insurance. Our car was repaired on a much better timeline than another collision shop gave me and it looked GREAT!
The Team at Tri-Rivers did a fantastic job on my wife’s Buick Encore after it was side-swiped. The car only had 3k miles on it and required two new doors and a new rear quarter panel. Now you can’t tell anything ever happened. It was detailed inside and out when we picked it up. We’re completely satisfied with the work and would recommend Tri-Rivers without reservation to anyone needing repair work.
