Hadn't used this garage for several years after moving away, now moved nearer to Newark again. Engine warning lights came on, i called, they booked me straight in, diagnosed, resolved and full service completed within the day. Fair price, knowledable staff, impressed!
I booked here by accident. However the owner was friendly and the service was personal but professional. I never really trust mechanics, unless I know them, but his appraisals and work were fair and honest. They showed due diligence to driver safety. I noted the loyal customer followering. It doesn't look as slick or tidy as the bigger garages, but appearances can be deceiving. I would go back again and recommend this place.
Been a few times and they were quite helpful. Last time I went though they replaced the bushings on the front wheels, but without checking the wheel alignment afterwards. By the time I realised, they tyres had worn completely through on the inside and both needed replacing. The tyre place I went to said that it was a known issue - Ford changed the size of their bushings and so if you replace them on older cars you have to realign the wheels. Wish I’d known earlier.

Best garage service i had so far, went there for a problem in the oil system and sorted everything, besides they’ve removed a vibration that engine was doing without me asking for it . Highly recommend !
Great garage always happy to help, not over priced and will always solve your problem the cheapest way possible. Never been robbed here like main dearships do.

Carl and the crew are always actively putting the customer first and then the vehicle. I've never had a problem that wasn't able to be fixed even in the most dire of circumstances with my motor. Genuinely can't imagine the thought of going elsewhere, worse than cheating on the missus, customer for life!
