Been going to this garage for a few years now for various things, can highly recommend them, I've dealt with nigel's son mostly who is a lovely young fellow always polite and friendly,they always sort my issues out on the day when they can, your son is a credit to you and your company, hope he enjoys a pint on me , thanks again to you all
I used the garage this week after walking away with an extensive and very expensive list of to do’s from Hyundai. Once booked in (which the garage bent over backwards to do quickly for me), the garage inspected the car, gave it a service and fixed the issues that actually needed doing, all for a very reasonable price. Just having moved to the area, this will be my go to garage now and I cannot recommend the garage, owner and team enough! Fantastic work!
No job too big or small very knowledgeable. Sometimes it's hard to get booked in for urgent jobs but that how you know the work is good quality because everyone uses them time after time. Wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car now.

Brilliant service and sorted my brakes out at short notice.
Took our car into this garage for a repair as was making a rattling sound at the back, turned out it was a coil spring which had broken, had this repaired and got the car back, straight away when driving there was another’s rattling sound, we called the garage who said, ‘we don’t check everything on a car, we only fix what you tell us needs fixing’ but when they gave it a run after fixing the coil spring they heard a slight noise too and thought it could be a drop link. I explained we were taking the car on a long trip and wanted to know this was safe to drive, the garage asked us to bring it back the next day, even though when they fixed the first coil spring they didn’t say anything about anything else being wrong with the car or anything they had heard. When my partner took the car back to them they said we can look at it but won’t have time to do any work to it, this was very frustrating as they had never said they would be too busy the day before and we were meant to be taking our daughter away for her birthday the next day, when I called and asked if it was safe and would there be any way they could fit the car in If it wasn’t felt they were quite rude (this could be due to stress as they were busy) however considering they sent the car back to us ‘fixed’ when it wasn’t I didn’t feel it was called for. The garage called us later to say the front coil spring had gone, I can only imagine this was done the day before when it was possibly lifted onto the ramp as seems a little coincidental that the same part would go at the front and the car developed this new rattle after the back was fixed. They did fix the coil spring which we appreciated but I felt this was odd considering when my partner dropped the car in they said they’d have no time to fix anything. Sad to be writing this review as for anything previous to this experience I’d have given them 5* we have used them for all mots and services and really liked the garage, we will now be looking for another garage after this and would now not recommend. Truly is a shame as most of my family used this garage also and they were highly recommended.

The lads are friendly and approachable and whilst Trend Motors is indeed a 'back street garage' it's determined by location alone. They give nothing less than 100% attention to their customers & vehicles 100% of the time.
My advice to all at Trend Motors is simply this... DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!
