She is cranking out some serious goodies from this little space in the heart of Hackney! The doughnuts are awesome (especially the fresh fried variety) but the banana pudding ya’ll. I mean, dang it! ???? I’m going back!
It was dangerous for me to stumble upon this place just after leaving a particularly difficult therapy session. I treated myself to a bueno donut and it was exactly what I needed!
Had a delicious hot stuffed donut waffle, made fresh in just a few minutes. Staff are very welcoming & friendly - I’ll definitely be back & have already recommended to friends
I recently ventured here on my hunt for Londons best doughnuts. Following seeing some stunning reviews (as well as images) online, Treats Club was next on my list! I knew I had to try one of the fresh hot doughnuts, but also wanted to get a couple of their current filled specials (knowing these alternate!). The staff were lovely a welcoming in the little shop. I chose the vanilla funfetti as my hot doughnut. Holy, Moly. This was stunning. Made right before my eyes, the dough was beautifully soft on the inside with a slight crispy on the outside. Generously doused in a vanilla glaze, just enough to not be sickly, which melted beautifully with the heat of the doughnut. One word of caution, do not rush into these doughnuts like me, they are HOT ???? A real 10/10 hot doughnut experience nevertheless. For the filled doughnuts, I tried the birthday cake doughnut. This was again a lovely soft dough, and the vanilla birthday cake custard was very smooth and rich - another winner. My friend tried the whipped salted caramel, which he also loved, and a family member tried the chocolate milo, which she also loved! I would definitely recommend Treats Club if you're looking for a good doughnut, hot or not! I cannot wait to go back to try their other offerings ????
Zero customer service skills! Their banana pudding might’ve gone viral but the customer service skills seems to have gone out the window wanted to visit and try the stuff out and they seemed to have closed during opening hours! on Google it says closing at 9 went around 7, I tried to call ahead to make sure but no number, closing early is fine due to running out, that’s not the issue but don’t proceed to tell a customer they should’ve checked instagram- not everyone is on instagram! felt the whole interaction with who looked like the owner was very condescending and rude, Your social media hyped business might be getting to your head a little and your forgetting customer service and communication is an integral part of the business!
What a doughnut!
I work round the corner and have followed the great clubs journey for a while. Decided today was the day I’d cycle round and try them. Impeccably kind and welcoming team and the fluffiest most scrumptious doughnuts I’ve had in a while.
Please please go here, if not for the deliciously decedent doughnuts, go for unmatched service with a smile ????????✨
Customer service was amazing, doughnuts were fresh and made with love
I wasn’t a fan of the fillings, their taste didn’t exactly match the description, we couldn’t really tell what the fillings were meant to be.
On the expensive side but the dough is amazing! we met the owner and she makes the ring doughnuts fresh in front of you.
