Worst people to do business with, they ship pets, but yet they want all these kinds of permits for pets, they want a $1000 for vet Certificate. They want $800 for pet insurance, then they want another 2500 to take your pet over the state line which in the United States I don't think you have to have worst people of all. You try to get your money back. And you can't even get your money back. I I want to report them to the better business bureau
Was here to Dropoff a vehicle at 11.30am the security didn’t allow me in, said to come back at 1.00pm. Sign outside the office says 11.45am to 1.00pm.

If I could rate it less than one star I would. Each week they come up with reasons why they don’t accept the car. Used to be simple quick nowadays horrible. Brought van, guy said it’s flooded and stuff in back seat was mold I checked it it was grease he still says it’s mold. And would not accept the van. Seems like they are all inspectors on mold too.
Worst place to have your car shipped to/from uvsee them on a daily basis driving brand new cars like they own them revving the engines up to it red lines on the tachometer peeling wheels speeding literally just are not professional at all strongly recommend using a different shipping company. By far the worst and most unfriendly place i have ever had to deal with,they are more worried about being ''union'' than the job its self.Never have i ever been told by a large business'' if you dont like it take the title and just get the hell out of here we are union down here''. there are many more transport companies to send your business to at the port of wilmington besides these people.They slam the door on you have no professional manors at all.They have no concern to the customer who is paying for there service.
Worse shipping cargo ever. I shipped my cars it has been a month and 10 days. No any news about the cars.
