I have always received excellent service at Van Trow Toyota. Every employee that I have met was very nice and helpful.
I've owned Toyota and Lexus for decades and visited numerous shops. This is by far the worst service shop I have ever visited. I spoke with the manager about my service experience, who proceeded to tell me I was wrong, interrupt, and yell at me.
They helped us above and beyond our expectations, on replacing our other truck that was totaled from hurricane Laura, and I would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
When you buy from Van Trow. Just remember no service after the sale!
