You can’t beat Town Tire for any of your car maintenance or repair needs. The team there offers service with a smile all the time. They look to do the right thing for their customers, are considerate, friendly and fast. And they have a very accommodating waiting room with TV, WiFi, snacks and drinks. Exactly what a neighbor shop should be.
This is the second time I'm using Town Tire. Great service, very honest and upfront about the price and the time frame. My daughter's Lexus had a nail on the side of the tire. Could not be patched up and needed a new tire. We first discussed it over the phone. I even compared getting the Tire on Tirerack with free shipping it came out literarily the same price as going through Town Tire direct, only they could get it one day earlier. Once everything is said and done the price and the time frame it took to complete the work was exactly as discussed. Will use Town Tire again if needed and highly recommend if you live in the area.
Rolling down the interstate and discovered I had a flat; I was lucky to make it into Town Fair Tire, Damon attended me very courteously and explain how busy they were, but instinctively understood my predicament and offered to help. Despite the busy holiday weekend they took care on my tire right away. Awesome service and great prices. These guys are top notch!!!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I dropped my vehicle off at this shop around 9am and was told I could leave it and pick it up in the afternoon. I didn't receive a call until around 4:50pm and was told my car had not been worked on. They then asked if I could leave my car there overnight or bring it by the next morning. I just took my keys and left. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ended up going to the oil change garage next door and was out of there in about 20 minutes. Don't even bother with this place.
I've been a customer for many years. Roger is great and is always able to accommodate to get me in that day. I've been in kind of sticky situations where I needed a battery installed. It was toward the end of the day and they installed the battery and I was on my way just before they closed. Prices are reasonable and they're always honest. I wouldn't trust taking my car anywhere else!

Town tire is THE BEST! Two days before Christmas I had a major problem with a tire rim and not only did they do an awesome job at a very reasonable price , but the owner Sal gave me a ride back to my job while they worked on my car! Forever grateful!????????
