Wow, just wow! Knowledgeable mechanics, great staff, reasonable rates, very responsive and friendly. They fixed the problem (Not what I thought it was) and the car was ready the next day. What I was most impressed with is Paul called me afterwards and asked me how the car was running. [shocked face] I get lots of surveys and actually had a dealership service advisor call me and question why I didnt give him 5 stars (I gave him 4, but they sent the survey 2 or 3 weeks after the service was performed), but have never had a repair shop call and ask me how the car was running after they repaired it. Phenomenal customer service. Five stars all day long!!

A big thank you to Paul and the team at Town Square Too! My vehicle needed brakes and a repair to the exhaust. They also discovered an oil leak in the valve cover gasket and let me know. This was mentioned to me some time ago and I had forgotten. Glad they caught this as it definitely could have led to engine damage down the road. Everything was professionally fixed and at a fair price. Very happy with the entire experience and would definitely recommend.
Prompt, reasonable service.Very accommodating. I found them by accident. I messed up trying to change the oil on my Chevy Volt and they were able to do it next day. We needed brakes and tires for my wife's Mazda and they were more reasonable than the other choices I explored and more prompt as well. We are happy we found them.

Thank you to the team at Town Square Too! After having my vehicle in and out of the dealership for a month, I decided to search for a shop that specialized in servicing Jeeps. I found Town Square Too based upon the reviews of other customers.... I had never seen the shop or the people that worked there but I can always appreciate reviews. I had my Jeep towed to the shop and from that moment on the customer service was fantastic. I received a text that evening that's said "It's Here." From that moment on, I received an update via text or phone. In addition, he took time to explain what was happening with the vehicle - again I was very grateful.
When I walked into the shop, I had a nostalgic moment of my Uncle Woody's gas station in Detroit. There was a warm and welcoming :)
I stood and chatted for a few, paid my bill and headed out.
To top it off, I received a call literally 15 mins later... "how is it driving" :)
Now that's good ole fashion customer service; and my Jeep is running beautifully.
I'll definitely be bringing my Jeep back for any other further service.
I’ve worked with Town Square Too a couple of times and both times have been such a pleasant experience. Each time the people who worked there went above and beyond to help me quickly and efficiently. It’s got a great down home vibe that you can’t beat. They’ve worked around and also with my work schedule so that I could get necessary work and maintenance done to my car. They’ve been a lifesaver for sure. Great place that deserves your business!
Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable from the first phone call. He fixed the problem quickly, and at a fair price. He also made tire recommendations which I was already well aware of and at a fair price I had already researched without his knowing, so you can add honesty to the list of admirable qualities I found with him. I am back on the road and very satisfied with TownSquare Too!
