Got a brake job less than a year ago. Just had them done at tuffy including rotors. They said everything was all rusted out. So I'm assuming they buy the cheapest parts they can find. Customer service was terrible. Dropped my car off was asked to move car to different spot went back to office to leave keys they were gone. Had issues leaving lot mechanic took me for road test saying I needed other stuff done.
I would not recommend taking your vehicle here they do poor work for the outrageous price
This is a very unprofessional company please don't take your car there go somewhere else. I took my car there one day they told me I needed a tune-up and told me it would be 322 dollars the next day I took my car there to get the tune up they told me it would be $400 because they forgot to quote some parts they needed for the tune up I left my car there for over 3 hours and when I came back to pick my car up it was doing the same exact thing I dropped it off for. When I went back to try and resolve the issue they told me my car was already broken when they got it and they won't let me get in touch with the owner. He's never around they have stopped answering the phone for my number I am now having seeking legal action to get a refund or my car fixed.

My car is a 2013 that I've had since 2014, and I've never had any suspension work. When problems started to develop (Flint streets) I tried to diagnose the problem before I took it to be repaired. I had multiple things going on but my Haynes manual troubleshooting wasn't as much help as usual. I heard about TowDoc from one the mechanics when I happened to notice her t-shirt with the advertising. I decided to give them a try and I wasn't disappointed. The "Doc" checked out my car and told me what was making it "sick" and what parts would make it better. The price was right, and when they were done every problem I was having was gone, including the noise I was hearing that I thought was "road noise" from my tires. I am a happy customer and I will be a repeat customer.
Charles (owner) is a man of his word, not easily found which is very honorable. His work is thorough and will work on foreign cars like my bmw.
