I am a very picky person when it comes to my hair; then I found Toubas; I will be returning again. The price is reasonable for the amount of work they accomplish, the hair is included with the price…. Love this place. They know how to make the braids look as natural as possible. They are great women!!!! I get lots of compliments about my hair!!! Absolutely in love!!!
Have been going there a long time but now she is very unprofessional I had a appointment at 8:30 they showed up at 11:30 maybe 12:00 and told me she worked all night and mad me feel like I did something wrong her sister and her started cleaning around me and they started working on a lady her that got there after me you don’t run a business like that you only want money now. Very very unprofessional and your sister don’t have any professional mannerisms. Never apologized will never go back they talk to much take to many breaks and do your hair tell you one price and then when finish they give you another price
I tried to call three times to get small knotless braids but nobody picked up the phone.. I’ll take my business elsewhere then..
I did my hair for many years at TOUBA, but how she conducts business now is very unprofessional. I’m not going to get into details because it’s going to take me a long time to type everything. But watch how she changes her prices while doing your hair. One minute, you tell her you want your hair the $200 length. They will put the $260 hair length in your hair and expect you to pay for it. When you already discussed what type of length you want. Let me tell you about how long it takes to do your hair. My appointment was for 10 o’clock. I arrived at 9:40 a.m.; they didn't start on my hair until 11 o’clock. They took so many breaks and did so much talking. With two people in my head, it took them until 7 p.m. to finish my hair, which is not long. I was so aggravated by how Touba talked to me like I wasn't a paying customer. The crazy part I paid her before they started my hair was $220. My hair was way more likable in the past. She wants you to pay 1st so they can do whatever. Plus, Touba is greedy about money, too; she paid them ladies around 35$ to do my hair. I was going to tip, but they took too long, and I could tell they were talking about me in their language because they started pulling my hair and gripping my edges very tight.

They do very nice box braids don't get me wrong, but they take too long and take too many breaks. I got there at 1130 that morning the lady separated the hair. She started on me at 12pm around 1 she wanted to take a break nd wanted me to pay her then she sent me to the store to get the rest of the money cause she charged extra for the length of braids and said my hair was short. I finished my hair at 12am that was my whole day then wanted to keep a extra 10 no mam 2 something was enough
