I drive a big commercial vehicle. They told me they could service. Had 6 new tires and front and back brakes. Spent a little under $2500. They used all my old valves from old tires…. Had 2 flats in the middle of no where in Vermont and Maine. When I questioned, they told “you never asked for new valves” really?! I have replaced all 6 valves at another service. So sad. I want support private small business but no way will I trust them anymore. After I was just dismissed like that.
The Totowa Tire family are experienced, and thorough. I have been a satisfied customer for many years. Their estimates are fair, and on point! I highly recommend them. Always try to get in there early, when they open. You can even make arrangements to drop off your car and keys the night before. You'll get outta there quicker!
After getting a quote of $245 from Midas, I was given a recommendation of Totowa Tire Service at 12:30 on a Saturday. I called, spoke to Cherie on the phone who gave me a much better quote. She just needed to know if I definitely wanted the tire because she was on her way out to pick up tires before they closed. I got there by 12:55, tire on and mounted by 1:30! Great service and price! Will definitely go there again and highly recommend!
Corrado tire shop closes at 6pm. I called and Shelly and she waited for me to come and they fixed my tire that had blown out. They were so nice, the owner was very, very nice. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.
Driving to Syracuse We had a low tire warning on the GW Bridge, we were forced to continue driving until we could pull over. First chance to exit was Totowa and thankfully Totowa Tire was right there. I cannot say how wonderfully lucky it was, everyone staff and customers were so nice. We were back on the road within an hour, less the cost of a tire, but richer for the great people we met. Thank you all - Customers and Staff.
