Twice now, when I’ve needed an urgent repair, this is the place that helped me out. Just today I picked up a nail in one of my tires and had a pretty bad air leak. I arrived here at near closing time and they squeezed me into the schedule to get my tire fixed. Since I was a repeat customer there was no charge. Love this place!

I picked up a nail while driving through the area. They were able to take me in on the spot despite the fact they were super busy, patch my tire and send me on my way. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Total Auto is the only place we trust to work on our vehicles. They are fair in price, and they work as fast as they can. They are very communicative during the work as well if something should come up that needs attention. Twila (sp?), in the office, is very pleasant to talk to as well.

My husband's truck has been there over a week and the drive shaft was ordered same day it arrived there over a week ago and they don't know where it is at....they have the worst communication skills that I have ever seen with a garage...they say they will call you right back and never do...and when you try to call them they seem to have issues with answering their phone....and they have no business answering machine to leave a message on...

Lack of communication is bad for business and shows just how little the customer is valued....I don't care if they "know their stuff", when there is poor communication that just makes me want to speak badly of the company and take my business elsewhere....and mabie my husband and I will after this experience....people have to get to work and they obviously don't care!!!!!

I will not be recommending them to anyone....

Had AC repaired in my 2013 Honda CR-V and it is like Antarctica in there now. Delighted with service and with the staff’s commitment to customer satisfaction. They keep appointments and are serious.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! The service was good and fast, HOWEVER, I took my Mitsubishi lancer to total auto for a full diagnostic and they said it'd be 40$ and take 30 minutes. fair enough, it's a full diagnostic on my engine, that's reasonable. went back, waited an hour and my car still wasn't done. they did finish it and charged me 86$ rather than the 40 they said because the problem "deep in there". WHAT? You said a FULL diagnostic for 40. Searching for a problem requires you go DEEP IN THERE. They then told me I needed 1400$ of repairs. New catalytic converter would be 1226$ and a new oil cylinder timing valve would be 243$. I left and didn't come back. I took my car to charlies tire instead and they replaced my catalytic for 210$ and replaced my two front wheel rod endings for 270$. they caught that problem after looking close at my car after I told them everything total auto did. Charlies even told me total auto lied about the oil timing valve they said I needed. They're overcharging scumbags who don't deserve any business. They take advantage of people they think don't know anything about cars. I do not recommend total auto

Took my well maintained 2013 F150 in to replace the water pump. On my drive home the check engine light came on. I turned around and the owner came out and ‘fixed it’. On the drive home it came on again. Took my 2007 Honda Accord in for oil change/tire rotation/wheel alignment/check the timing belt and on my drive home the check engine light came on in this car too. While the owner is nice, I definitely didn’t feel good about their work. I won’t bring our vehicles there again. Sadly.

Wow! Super thankful for this shop. Visiting from out of town and we had a flat. Total Auto swapped out the tire for our spare, put the spare on the actual rim, balanced the tires and did all this in about 30-45 minutes and for a price that would make Jesus smile!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!
