I ordered the menudo and it was okay with decent spices. It just tasted very generic as if it was pre-made from canned menudo like from the brand, "Juanita's" that you can buy from the supermarket, "El Super". However the customer service was excellent and friendly from our waiter in which was a young Latina woman with dark hair.
This place is gross. I've been there twice because I wanted to give it another shot. Both times we've tried different things and both times I've been unsatisfied. This is not authentic Mexican food. The rice taste like boxed rice and the beans from a can. The fries were so dry and had no cheese, no flavor. Won't return.
My wife and I were there for the first time after watching an advertisement on FB. First walk in staff was super friendly. I had the Menudo and my wife had Camarones a la Diablo. Food was delicious! Service was excellent. Overall good experience. Only bad thing was they have tv's but were turned down all the way. Could not hear the soccer game. Other than that I highly recommend this restaurant. ????
The staff is amazing, these girls are so sweet and attentive. The food was ok. The carnitas for the torta ahogadas were sweet and the salsa was spicy but lacked flavor. The chips taste different and the salsa taste like it was from a can. The carne en su jugo was acidic, sour almost. The beans were pretty good, as well as the rice. The nachos were a huge portion. The chicken was much better than the asada.
Had the ceviche tostada and carne asada taco. Both were very good! Make sure you have time to sit and relax to enjoy the food and service.
The food was amazing highly recommended.
Servers were very attentive...torta ahogada was very good but watch out for the salsas...one was very hot...and their tacos were delicious..
Some people might think that the bread from the torta ahogada is very hard, but that is the way the ahogadas are...and the birote(bread) was very close to the birote salado from guad.
I was told about this place by a good friend of mine ...they just opened a new location in Victorville California and we are sitting here at the table now and I couldn't wait to make my review because everything she told me about this place was exactly as she described ...amazing food and amazing service if you haven't tried them in Rialto but you live in the high desert or on your way to Vegas you have to stop and try them on 7th Street...
