It was a Monday and Triple 8 was closed so we decided to buy from Top’s. BIG MISTAKE! My husband ordered chicken chow mein and I ordered General Tsos chicken. My husband got no chow mein noodles. I got no broccoli in my Generals chicken. They hardly gave us any rice and our egg rolls were dry with little filling. My chicken was overcooked and dry. The rice was a mushy consistency. Horrible Chinese food. Don’t go here. Wait until Tuesday and go to Triple 8.
Today i purchased a large shrimp and broccoli. The food did not taste good. I called for a refund and they refuse to give me a refund. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Terrible customer service and i will definitely not be coming back here.
$13.15+Tax for Spare Ribs w/Bone and I got 3.5 when it’s suppose to be four full ribs… This is a ripoff… my boy Geescakes got RIPPED OFF…. And they microwaved them instead of broiling them. Fresh food all the time is false advertisement smh
It had been a while since I ordered here. The food is still good...but a little oily. The restaurant is in a good spot, but resembles a storage space instead of a dining room. I always order vegetable fried rice, no eggs. Associate they are friendly-enough, but never seem happy. It would be nice to have a smile from time to time.
The Grease was old, and Look at the amount of feathers on the chicken wing. Also the General chicken was horrible.
I ordered vegetable chow mein and got steamed vegetables instead. When we called for a refund she basically said chow mein is no noodles. If I wanted slimy steamed vegetables I would've ordered the steamed vegetables on the menu.
???? smaller portions for the price. Food was eh. I normally go to Lucky Gardens in Colonial Heights but they were closed. We ordered the family pack. There's no difference between orange and General Tao chicken. Other then that it was okay
I've returned to change my review from 4 years ago.. They went from 5 stars to a 1.. Egg rolls were overcooked, salty, bland and greasy.. poor vegetables that died inside. Egg drop soup was luke warm.. These are too easy to get wrong sooooo.....
