I've been coming here for years & I've always been tooken care of but yesterday I just wish I wouldn't have booked, I was charged 45.00$ for something I could've done better myself & didn't notice til I took the picture of my toes, then was asked for a tip on top of the 45$. So rushed & just a waste of $ but still 3 stars because of the women that have always done a great job, will never book with that guy again!
I am expecting my nail to be like the first time I came here but it’s not, this gel manicure is sloppy, edge are rough. Staff are nice! I am thinking maybe the skinny lady who did my nail can’t see so much that’s why edges of my nails are sloppy
They are awesome! You really feel pampered coming here. They pay a lot of attention to detail, as well as put a lot of effort into their pedicures.. this place does an amazing job!! A lot of bang for your buck!! Thank you Top Nails!!! I feel amazing and my toes look great!!!
Went to top nails today with a picture and walked out with exactly what I wanted ombre nails. Love the nails and love the overall experience today. Nice and relaxing and the staff was great.
I love this salon. I was here today for a pink and white set, a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. Some pampering for my birthday tomorrow. The salon is very clean and everyone is amazing here! I drive from two cities away to get here because they are that good. Although the salon gets busy sometimes it's never been loud. It is definitely relaxing place to be pampered. I rate the salon 5 stars.

I walked in and asked for a pedicure. She called and verified her upcoming appointment.(client was enroute). So she asked if I could return in 40 minutes. Best decision I ever made coming here. Excellent service!! I respect that she didn't try to fit me in and cause her scheduled appointment to wait. They care about their clients and I will be returning here from now on.
i don’t usually write reviews however i walked into this nail salon for a walk-in to get my nails and feet done , because they have a big sign says walk-ins are welcome , however when i walked in no one stop to greet me , and a man asked what i wanted while still working on a client , instead of taking a quick second to come to the front , and i told him what i was looking to get done , then he says they don't have anything available until that evening, and i told him i came in because the walk in sign , which he didn't even seem to care about . his tone and his lack of customer service was a enough for me to write this review .
