I ordered a Philly steak no lettuce I said it several times the gave me a sandwich full of lettuce then they had no mushrooms said the ran out so basically I paid for a mayonnaise steak sandwich. Don't waste your money..
Let me start by saying the entire menu isn’t bad… it’s about my 5-6th time going to this location as it’s closer than some other locations but this will be the LAST. I ordered a gyro special that should have included the 2 good tasting gyros and fries, instead I received 2 gyros that looked old and stale, and no fries at all and not to mention cold. Just all bad. Chicken tenders are good, but noticed it depends on the staff there. The lady who takes the orders rushes you off the phone, and I don’t think communicates with the staff well because when you arrive expect to be asked specifics on your order (for example, what sauce you want or what flavors you had).. like she doesn’t even record your order leaving customers frustrated if their food is incorrectly made. All that to say, I won’t be back after today no matter the drive to the other locations.
Ordered catfish Nuggets and Gizzards
I received Chicken nuggets and overcooked chicken gizzards cold fries. Wasn't even edible. I called they wanted me to bring it back no apology just oh i didn't cook it . Also paid extra for bread she stated she doesn't know why thats on the menu we don't have bread. Wasn't even worth it with the attitude i got over the phone i got my grub hub refund.
I've gotten 2 philly steak and cheese from there. It depends on who is cooking it. One of the times the steak was chopped so fine it looked like ground beef so I was wondering if I got the right thing but it was chopped very fine. Both sandwiches were good. I got mayo extra pepper's onion and cheese only Pretty good!
My food was molded and over cooked . There was mold in my broccoli and my stake was over cooked I was highly upset about the condition of my food it made my stomach hurt so bad
Let Me Say This The Lady At The Front Desk Is Nice, But Them Cooks Be Messing Up , I Order Double Turkey Burger With No Cheese, NO Onions, NO Ketchup, They Got My Order Wrong Twice, They But Onions On My Burger The Second Time Ask Them To Fix The Burger, Also My Daughter Regular Wrap Was Salty And If I Would've Checked The Rating Would've Never Ate This Food At All TBH , Pray We Don't Get Sick ‼️????????????????♀️???? Also It Was A Hair On The Plastic Were I Can See They Don't Wear NO Hair Nets Them Cooks ‼️ NEVER AGAIN ????‼️‼️‼️‼️
The only reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the food is really good and very delicious but if you see this lady with dreadlocks gray dreadlocks please know you will be waiting for a minute so you might want to call in and place your order to be 4 or just sit there in front of her face and call you get service faster that way
Food was very mid, fried chicken was not good at all and the fries were undercooked. 3/5
