Sweet breakfast spot in Salida! Everything we had was delicious! My husband had the waffle, my daughter had the breakfast chicken enchiladas and I had the Colette’s with refried beans and poached eggs! The only disappointment was that we couldn’t get their crepes while we were there but they looked amazing on the menu! I’d go back just to try the crepes!
A very delicious, cost effective breakfast with kind, genuine service. The Chicago waffle was amazing, whoever thought to put cream cheese with condensed milk and fruit on a waffle is genius. And the Chilaquiles with red and green salsa was so flavorful without being too spicy. The chicken included with the Chilaquiles was also a nice protein addition at no cost. Four of us each got a breakfast dish and a coffee drink- with tip, cost $80. Highly recommend.
If you haven't been before, you take a seat wherever you can and wait to be greeted. Lots of varying styles for your waffles or crepes.
Ordered a cappuccino, and it was made more like a latte. Vanille frappe tasted like mocha, but it was good.
Had the Silverton crepe. Fresh apples made it tasty.
We were looking for a place with yummy coffee + good breakfast options and Tony’s was perfect ???? Great Americano’s, the omelette and Molettes were both delicious! ???? Plus a dog friendly outdoor atmosphere ????! Loved it!
We had an amazing experience at Tony's today. All of the food was DELICIOUS! The poached eggs were precious and I've never used that word to describe eggs before; beautifully cooked! The Denver waffles were so good and the chicken enchiladas were scrumptious! Would definitely come back :)

What a great new breakfast spot! The savory Belgian waffle with egg, cheese, spinach and delicious bacon hit the spot! I had it with a little hot sauce for lunch and an ice tea. Mmmmmm! The atmosphere and service were supreme. I can't wait to go back back with friends, maybe on their nice patio, for a sweet waffle and latte. Thanks Tony!
