Called for a rough estimate for a timing belt and water pump replacement package, explained I had sealed from the dealership genuine parts, so I know genuine parts are being used and was told absolutely no customer supplied parts period.
Really suspicious practice considering I won't know if they used genuine parts or not and no mention of their supplier before I was hung up on.
Great shop, the mechanic is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in a pinch with a leak in my transmission right before my cross country move, so I stopped here for some help. The mechanic took time out of his day and answered my questions and suggested what to do. He did not rush me or charge me for his advice. Thank you for your help. The car made it to Colorado, leak no more!

I can't say enough good about Mark and this place. It's really hard to find an honest mechanic around anymore. I will give Tony's all the business I have for as long as I can. There's an appointment wait time which is a day or two usually and well worth the wait. If anything is not to your standards they will correct it every time.
I've been taking our cars to Mark since 1999, when I thought my wife's van's transmission was failing.. it was slipping like crazy, sounded like it was on death's doorstep. Expecting a $2000 estimate after giving Mark a little while to diagnose it, he just said "it's done, come get it." Turned out to be a loose wire that he reconnected at no charge. At the time we were brand new in town, he didn't know me from Adam, and he could have told me it needed a new transmission, and I would have said yes. More recently, I thought I needed a water pump, it appeared to be leaking around the shaft seal... but when he pressure tested it... nope, just a hose leaking. This guy is super honest, his work is professional & thorough and he stands behind it, and his prices are great when he does find something is needed.
