I love this place! They do amazing SNS and gel! Also, little to no wait time and if you schedule an appointment they will take you on time! Love them! Highly recommend!!
I want my money back!
1. We made an appointment for 4 plus 2 kids at the same but we needed to wait more than 40 min because there was not enough workers to our nails. Why nobody told us ahead that this is not possible to have several people at the same time???
2. I asked for the round shape and lady said ok to me but did the opposite thing. Some of my nails are asymmetrical after this manicure (especially index has a very wrong shape). Also when she was cutting my nails she was so inaccurate that she cutting my skin with my nails!!!
3. Nail polish. I ask to try several colors but she didn't try all of colors that I wanted. Another salons do that.
4. The lady applied nail polish very bad. The was so spots on my nails are light and dark, not a smooth color. Maybe the polish was old. Also the didn't do the last fixation layer because in this salon they don't do that!
5. My manicure looks like a week old because the skin wasn't removed properly.
5. Several hour after I started to feel pain and some of nail got a redness around. And I see the skin got some ruptures.
6. I noticed that instruments were used on me after previous costumers without cleaning. I hope I will not receive any serious infection by this.
7. One lady (not the same who did my manicure) was rude with all of us and with my 8 year old daughter.
I went there two days ago one of my nails is already coming off, multiple fingers crooked, pinky nail completely mangled he had me bleeding. Man doing my nails seen another customer come in so he started to rush my nails ended up paying $50 for nails I could’ve done myself. Do not waste your time & money going here! The gems on my nails I added myself as well. Will not be coming back unless they fix the messed up nails. I don’t see how they have such a high rating I have been to multiple nail salons in Fayetteville and this is by far the worst with the highest price.
Great service, excellent products, friendly staff, extremely clean and decent prices. The best part is that it wasn't overcrowded. I enjoyed my service so much that I brought my husband the same day. I just found my new nail spot.
Charges $10 for eyebrow lthe lady did a HORRIBLE job told her to shape it she didn't l will not go.back there when l went at 2pm on a Saturday Noone was in thete but me the man was sleeping at the front desk the lady can't speak Porper English either
