Had the greatest time with Alicia from Tonality Organic Hair Salon! We got to know each other, discussed my hair expectations and what would look best with my tone, face, and eyes! If you're looking for someone who's energetic, who actually cares about your hair, and know their stuff, then look no further. Alicia at Tonality is absolutely amazing. She's very passionate about what she does and it shows in her work. She took the time to discuss what I was looking for. There was no pressure from her to change anything or do something I wasnt comfortable with. She's very professional and an all out decent person. I would highly recommend anyone to her salon.
I don't even know where to start. Alicia has been doing my hair for about 3 years now and she never disappoints. I have curly, unmanageable hair and she is always finding new products for me to try. Always willing to fit me in last minute, understanding I am very busy. She is absolutely amazing and I recommend her to everyone I know!

Alicia was great! I love how my hair came out, and she kept working on the color until we got it just right. I actually got compliments on my hair color right after it was done as well, so clearly it was noticed! It is a great chocolate brown color with some golden balayage. I love that she uses organic hair coloring as well. She was nice enough to fit me into her schedule as well since I was driving from far away and had to get my hair cut and colored before going away for the weekend. I also happened to leave my jacket there by accident and realized after my long drive home. She was nice enough to ship it to me rather than having me drive all the way there just to pick it up and drive home, and I offered several times to reimburse her but she said no worries and I don’t owe her anything. No hair dresser has ever done that and gone out of their way to help like that, so it was so sweet of her and really appreciated. I would be happy to use her again, and definitely recommend her!
Alicia is the best in all services. She truly cares about her clients. She is amazing with hair color and listening to what you want in color and cut! I travel from Virginia to North Carolina for her professional service. I won't go anywhere else.
