Came in the store for a haircut…4 people are hanging around and further no customers.
The guy told me to make an appointment…no walk in and the next appointment would be in 2 weeks .
They are almost falling asleep in them chairs , and tell me the next appointment open is over 2 weeks. ….i wonder if the owner now’s, how they run his place.
I’ve been coming to Tommy since we moved back to NC in 2020 and I could not be happier with the health of my hair and I’m in love with how it looks after today’s appointment. Tommy and Will are so amazingly talented and treat you like family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Brought my wife in for a hair styling. She was looking for a short haircut that would be easy for her to maintain and not need to have a stylist certification herself. Tommy did a fantastic job and didn't break our wallet. Well worth the drive from Suffolk. My wife is very happy with her cut! She looks fantastic!
Most salons I have ever been to have always given me the same basic man's hair cut. I was happy to find that Tommy & Company knows that men are individuals too. I got a precision hair cut that had style. For once, I left a salon without looking exactly like every other guy I know. I love it and would recommend it to everybody i know!
Tommy is a pleasure to talk to. Very up beat, always has something to talk about. He is very professional. Tommy is literally the only person who can take a haircut from a picture and make it reality. My son is special needs and Tommy always makes it look effortless to cut his hair. My daughter is a teen and always wanting to try new things with her hair, and I love that Tommy will be quick to tell her what not to do to her hair so that she doesn't damage it. The studio is always clean and he's always making changes to better customer service
I go to Tommy every 3 to 4 weeks for a haircut. He knows my tastes and the hairstyle I prefer. He is extremely flexible with his scheduling and allows for rescheduling, if needed. I highly recommend Tommy for a men's haircut.
Don't be fooled by a shabby looking saloon and cheap prices, because for just 25 dollars (including a tip) I got a gorgeous haircut, that ticked all the boxes (and I had quite a few!) and left his saloon much happier than I was when I got a 125 dollars haircut in Georgia, that satisfied the hairstylist more than it did me. Love it, love it, love it. So sad we're moving and I would have to find someone as good and as reasonably priced as Tommy and Co!
100% would recommend! They entire crew is amazing, the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed. Will did an amazing job
