The lady that took our order was unprofessional and rude. She rushed us and kept asking us sarcastically “Anything else?”My burger was soggy and they gave me old fries that were salted and put more seasoned salt on top of them. I’ll never eat here again.
I was in the drive thru about to order today & saw an elder employee go into the back of his pick-up truck (which has a camper cover) type top & with his bare hands had a handful of hash browns in his hands. I got out of that drive thru & went somewhere else. I will NEVER eat here.
I’m pregnant so I was craving french fries .Really disappointed french fries are really salty): this is our first time here and our last
Bad customer service I told lady I wanted Jr burger meal and ask ketchup only on burger and that's what the receipt said and when I receive my food they made it cheese burger with ketchup and try to tell me I didn't say no cheese didn't won't cheese, mayonnaise, lettuces
Nasty as food ordered zucchini fries and they’re so soggy idk why people hype this place up , service was horrible as well
The workers in there are thief’s I am a single mom. I went in there yesterday 03/04/2024 at 8ish a.m to get us some breakfast. Since I am struggling right now I am receiving $200 in food stamps and $220 in cash for us both. I didn’t take the money out because I do work as well to make ends meet. So after work around 8p.m I went to try and take out my cash as well as get some groceries for my daughter and myself. And my card got declined it said it had un sufficient funds when I knew I had to have money because the only place I used to was for our breakfast. I remembered how long the lady took to give me my card back (it was drive thru) and it shows that they used my card at a circle K in Anaheim and also took the money out around 9:30a.m. I called this morning to speak to their manager and he said the lady doesn’t start work until 9a.m I’m thinking how does he know “what lady it is” if I didn’t described her!! I believe he was in on it too. I would suggest not to buy anything from them or at least don’t hand your cards to them with the pin because they will take your money. Learn from my mistakes.
Talk about a hidden gem. Jr cheeseburger meal was 5.99 and it tasted like it should cost 3 times that amount. The fries were perfectly crispy and nicely seasoned. Anytime I'm in the area, I'm definitely coming back to Tom Jr's.
As we walked in, a young lady was taking our order. Going through some reviews, no one had an attitude. The food was good as well as the price ???? tables looked clean, which that's very excellent for me ???? everything was freshly made because i SAW it getting done and I was very satisfied. I will soon take some coworkers and employees to enjoy. ????
