I'm a first time customer. My fiance and I Stopped in and grabbed 2 fish sandwiches 2 onion rings and 2 strawberry shakes. Now all of those items are a standard for me.
The first bite of an onion ring took me back to the drive up diners... absolutely love them. The fish sandwich was awesome it took me back to my childhood fishing and making fish sandwiches.....
Ok now I'm getting to my absolute favorite the strawberry shake... well this is where you were lacking a bit. The strawberries must not have been in season because I bit into a bitter strawberry. Absolutely turned me off of it and I tossed it out. And that's why it's only 3 star for the food. I wouldn't mind trying it again. I just don't want it to be bitter. Look me up and hook me up with a gift card to cover the last shakes price and I'll definitely try plus I'll update my review.

You'll wait 15 minutes for your food. Then it will be wrong. Then you'll wait another 15 minutes for your food again. But dont worry they will give you an EXPIRED 2 years ago ice cream cone coupon for your trouble. Place is a joke dont waste your time or money!
Haddock is good. Deluxe sandwich or dinner.
Guacamole wrap is good. Has a bite to it tho.
Daughter’s like the twisted flavor cones. Lots of flavors to choose from.
My Wife and I ABSOLUTELY Love Tom's. The Gluten free bun is honestly the best Gluten free bun out there. Love the tots too!
Best burgers around for a great price. Excellent fish fry on Friday’s too! It’s a casual dining room and a fast food atmosphere but this food tastes much better quality and other places. Betsy is the manager and she keeps this place very nice. She has a young crew working there and the customer service is exceptional. Accurate food and delicious.
The ice cream is super good. One of my favorite places to get a peanut butter fudge shake.
We had ordered 4 flavored cones online which says it'll be served in a cup. I would assume if it's an ice cream cone in a cup, it's just flipped in the cup with the cone. We didn't get the cones so we asked for them. They only put like an inch of ice cream in the cup so when we scooped it into the cone, it barely went above the cone. It was literally like 4 bites of ice cream. Not worth the money at all. I had filled out the form on the website about our disappointing experience. No response. Filled it out 2 more times, no response. I messaged them on Facebook, they'd respond, but instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they just kept going around in circles with questions. I finally asked if I could get reimbursed or some free ice cream coupons, gave them my address and yet nothing. They had so many opportunities to make this right and haven't.
