Great burgers here for a reasonable price. Reminds me of flame charred burgers. Fries are good but not enough salt so kind of bland so add lots of salt. The big box of fries is big and will feed 4-5 people. Great onion rings too. Malts good but pricey. Overall a great burger. Customer service is usually ok but it depends who all there so they have bad errors my last 2 visits. Sometimes food sits out awhile when busy so it gets cold fast.
Come on Toms! I used to love your food but the last couple times the quality has really been bad. Here is a picture of my quarter pound burger tonight. So disappointed.

Sent you a message last week.I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and a medium fry. Drove down the road and tried eating the burgers they were all cold. Cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were Luke warm. Never heard back from you so I guess you all don't care about your business. I totally agree with most of the reviews below I always used to enjoy stopping food was hot prices reasonable. After this experience and seeing as how you don't care I doubt if I will be back. And I will let people I know about the experience I had
A few weeks ago I ordered a raspberry milkshake and they put the blue raspberry syrup for the slushies and they insisted that was the raspberry shake when the actual raspberry milkshake has actually raspberrys in it
My daughter and I purchased the guacamole bites and guacamole wrap. Both with chipotle. The wrap was good, we enjoyed it, and the bites were ok, but they do have a bite to them.
I was just in there ordered 3 fishwich large order of cheese curds an a large fry, 31 bucks, guess what, got home no fries, (check 30318)
