Super glad they took our car in last minute as we were going out of town and in a bind. The only issue was the price we were quoted was not the price it ended up being, it was more expensive. Luckily we had the money to cover it and it didn’t impact our trip too much. But to be almost $200 higher when we chose them bc of the price, it’s kind of a rub. No extra work was done that warranted the cost being higher than quoted.
This old boy handles business got me right in there didn't try to jinx me around telling me I had bigger problems than I really had fixed the issue and got me out the door extremely pleased will be coming back for all future repairs
Doesn't seem too knowledgeable on repairs. He really seems to do good on oil changes though. As far as diagnostics go, he doesn't seem to have any idea of how to properly diagnose problems and I wouldn't recommend him for more than maybe an antifreeze flush and oil change.
Tom has been fixing my cars for thirty years and always does a first rate job quickly at reasonable cost. This last time my son was visiting from far away and his Honda Odessy A/C went out. Imagine going home across Kansas and Nebraska in summer with three little kids and no A/C! Big worries. Tom said bring it right over. He diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and fixed it (relay) in two hours at surprisingly low cost. Tom has always been the best car guy I know and I've regretted it when I've taken other advice and foolishly gone somewhere else! Don't go wrong. You can count on Tom.
Second time I've been to this shop. Always in and out with quality repairs at great prices.
First time, their diagnostic skills saved me a bunch of money on my Explorer and knocked out a tire repair for my wife's Fusion. Second go round was another flat tire for the wife's car. They knocked it out in 15 minutes. Great customer service!
Back to Kansas from Washington state for a funeral, and my '08 Charger electric fan blades grenaded and punctured the radiator. Tom's got it fixed on short order. Quality work, friendly staff and fair pricing. RECOMMENDED!!!
