Ordered delivery. The food was nice (hence the 4 stars) but it was well overpriced for what we received, so 2 stars overall. For example 1 portion of chicken fajitas - 4 thin bits of chicken, 2 tortillas, a basic bag of skinny fries and the veg mix in separate tubs at a cost of £16.50. For that you can get two hefty main meals from the Chinese. Save your money and go elsewhere unless you’re not worried about the cash.
Wish I had read recent comments. Did used to be great but our order tonight was really poor. Coleslaw was like a purple, spicy soup, the children's chicken goujons look like the cheapest processed 'chicken' in the world, the beef tacos were like sad little tortilla wraps barely filled with anything and a side order of sweet potato fries that were soggy and half a portion size. Only positive was that the can of diet coke was cold. Extremely disappointing and we will not waste our money buying again.
An absolute travesty. I have claimed a refund for the majority of this order. As regular customers I am quite disgusted at the food in which I have just received. Firstly, a £16.50 halloumi burger which arrived without onion, chimichurri and Toluca’s special onion and pepper mix. So basically a wedge of undercooked, rubbery halloumi covered in sweet chilli sauce and a none toasted bun. For the measly cost of more than some people would get paid for an hour of work. I ordered red pepper jalapeño bites, which were actually green (weird) and for a whopping £6 you get 3 of these false advertised, freezing cold, soggy beauties. THEN if that wasn’t enough, two portions of dirty fries which were definitely dirty, but not in a good way. Undercooked, soggy and covered in what may as well have been an entire plant of coriander. The best part about this experience was upon contacting the store regarding this order and the issues I had, I was told that they had run out of the chimichurri and onion and pepper mix, so I’m assuming that the receptionist had also momentarily ran out of brain cells because it didn’t cross his mind to contact me and inform me of the out of stock product. No solution was offered and a simple “sorry about that” accompanied by a disconnected phone call appeared to be the only option they had mustered up. Thank you again. I will await my part refund from the almost £50 I spent on absolute rubbish.
We used to love this place. The food was always amazing. However now it's like they can't be bothered. I ordered food last night and the food was cold, no salads or sauces inside the wraps. No sugar on churros. Previously it looked and tasted fantastic, I told everyone about it.I don't know what has happened but we won't order from there again. Such a shame.
Exceeded expectations, what a great addition to Cannock. Ordered inside and took home to eat. Piping hot, great quality food. Will return again!!

Ordered tacos wrap was cold meat was warm and the cheese wasn’t even melted!!! I wouldn’t of even thought of serving that!
Swapped them for a quesadilla crazy that’s the exact same ????
Crazy won’t be going back there need to hire some new chefs and go tasting at a proper Mexican cuisine to realise what they are selling
Never ordered before ! Spent £60 and was awful ! No presentation! no taste . So bland ! N chicken looked like tuna ! N beef tasted off ! Won’t ever use again ! Maybe bad day ??? cos it was recommended ?? But went in bin !
We ordered from here quite excited to try out a Mexican take out. The food arrived cold which was really disappointing to begin with - we had to microwave the food.
The BBQ belly bites were delicious as were the jalapeño cheese things. The cheese sauce is ok too.
I had the chipotle burger - it was essentially a plain chicken breast with no seasoning on a brioche bun. It was dry and had no flavour other than that of plain chicken. How you’re charging £12 for that is absolutely staggering.
My husband had the burrito - again this was very bland and had little taste. Nothing like a traditional burrito.
The nachos were cold, and sloppy by the time we got them.
The dirty fries were cold, but I reckon if served warmer would have been okay.
Overall it was a really disappointing meal for somewhere that has such a high price point -
It’s certainly not worth the money.
