I feel like I'm eating at someone's home and they are doing their best to satisfy their guests with delicious food.
Walking into the restaurant, it feels very ordinary. You wonder why a place like this is "reservation only" and only open for 3-4 hours each day. I think it's wonderful they do that! Those limits allow for great sushi quality and more acute attention towards their guests at a price point that doesn't require breaking the bank.
They are quite generous with the amount of fish. It felt nice feeling like I always got the "correct" amount of fish for my nigiri.

All the reviews are true about the freshness. It's an authentic Japanese owner operated small restaurant. You do get what you paid for. Great to have a real option in Duluth than having to drive out to Norcross/Peachtree Corner for my regular sushi place.
A traditional family-run restaurant, very authentic Japanese cuisine, reservation only. Super fresh sashimi. Very friendly and welcoming service but expect a longer wait in weekends.
Such a hidden gem in Atlanta! The fishes are incredibly fresh, and the service is attentive. The wait time can be slightly longer (but reasonable) due to the entire restaurant being operated by a lovely old Japanese couple from Tokyo, but the food really make it worth it.
A Japanese couple operates the restaurant. Have very limited capacity and your order might take a while to cook, but it's always great experience!
Because there is limited seating and the chef does not have unlimited energy, you should call before you enter the store to make reservations.
If you are new to the restaurant, I strongly recommend you to order their bento box special (A, B, C).
Delicious, authentic Japanese food! The fish was fresh and everything else was so good. They are a little slow because it's a husband and wide team, but well worth the wait.
This is not your typical cheap sushi, so they won't have a lot of rolls with tempura or mayo smeared all over.
Very nice people and fresh fish. I recommend the Chirashin don with Uni (forgot the name all of a sudden)
Such a cute and super tasty Japanese family style diner! Very homy vibe with authentic food. Their Tuna in Chirashi is the freshest I’ve ever have.
