Did a family dinner before Thanksgiving and the amount of food was decent for dinner, I had no problems finishing my chicken bowl.
Impressively clean! The food was on point, flavor hasn’t changed in years (consistency is key for a chain restaurant). We got the Mojoe with a side of Salmon mango. Wish I had come on Saturday or Sunday because they offer Bento box this days.
Food was good, rice was a tad undercooked/stale but not a deal breaker. Service was great, bathrooms were clean. Outdoor patio was amazing on a warm 55 degree day!

Excellent Service and Perfect Food. This was a custom build-your-own-bowl. Has extra shrimp and chicken in it.
Definitely one of the healthier options to go with from all the greasy fast food in the area, I usually go here for lunch
They always get my order correctly and just how I like it with extra spice

If I could give lesser of a review I would.
My family and I have given this place multiple tries hoping for a better outcome.
Yet, every time we go the food is less and less desirable.
The last go-around will be our last.
My thoughts are, if your soul purpose in a restaurant is to make sushi and you can’t properly make rice then there is a problem. The rice was very undercooked to where it was almost a paste.
After bringing it to the employees attention we received negative feedback and a snippy remark.
The sushi was remade with the same exact batch of disgusting rice.
Quick stop for dinner on the way between Denver and Springs. It's a newer place, so very nice. Most orders were take out or delivery so the dining area was nearly empty. Staff was extra friendly and the food was very good.
