It was really busy, many delayed flights. Carlos, our bartender/waiter was amazing, friendly, and super efficient. The meatballs, pizza and caprese salad were delicious! Thank you for making our delayed flight experience wonderful.
My son and I dined at Tocco before boarding our flight. While it seems a little pricey, the quality of food is great and you get a good portion for said price. The server was nice & attentive. Really the whole staff was, from the manager to the bartender to the cook. If you’re looking for a good place to sit and have a nicer meal before your flight this is definitely the place. We had the garlic bread appetizer that was delicious! Along with the bolognese pasta.
I didn't encounter any major service issues when i came for breakfast. I got an Italian breakfast and the potatoes were good, the prosciutto was fried like bacon and ok, and the scrambled eggs were so oily and rubbery that I couldn't finish them. Overall, I don't really recommend.
Never post, but service basically nonexistent. 20 min - 3 separate employees looked right at me as I sat there. Their conversation with each other was more important. Left without ever being approached by an employee. Pretty much worst service I have ever experienced.
For an airport restaurant the seating area is pretty nice. It’s just a shame that you’ll sit and wait, and wait, and wait, and NEVER be spoken to. I watched the African American lady behind the bar point to another gentleman that entered before me and neither of them moved to greet or take his order. I sat for 20 minutes and no one approached with menus or anything.
For real, you listen to people say a dish, push a button or two and bring it to them! How hard is your job?

I almost never do reviews but I have to let people know that to-go orders are a joke. The woman who seemed to be in charge was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I went to the front to ask where I pick up my order that said was ready and was told to get out of the area and that she didn’t have my order. We then waited for 30 minutes not even sure we would get our order because she didn’t say she was even going to make it. After that before they finally brought it to us, I watched her yell at about 4 other people who just asked where to grab the order. Not one single person was rude at the initial conversation. She never submitted any of the orders after people placed the order in the app and would mark that they were done before they even started cooking. The pizza was incredible but the fact that all these people were being treated this way and the wait, probably wasn’t worth it. Seriously just be kind
I should have heeded the reviews regarding bad service. There were five people working this evening (two actually working) The three guys were standing around chatting and ignoring people walking in including myself. Five people working and maybe 6 customers and people had to repeatedly go up and ask for things including getting a menu after they had been waiting at their seats for 10 minutes or more. It is unfortunate that I had to start my trip home after a long day with this. I spent way too much money for something simple for service this poor.
Horrible experience. Got food poisoning and was sick for two days afterwards. Had to go to the counter two times before somebody came to the table to take my order. Dirty table and floors. Save yourself the time and money = do NOT eat here.
