For a mall Chinese food place, this place is exit. The staff was attentive and quick to order even with a long line. Price point was pretty good as well for the location. The food was the delicious and tasty and although I usually do not finish my whole plate in this instance I did.
Went to Chao Cajun for a quick bite to eat. It was some of the worst fried rice and chicken I have ever had. Parts of the rice were soggy others were hard like it was not mixed or cooked very well or maybe it was mixed with old stale rice.
The bourbon chicken was cold, but flavorful however the honey chicken was soggy. Staff was not very welcoming. Ordering process felts rude and rushed considering there was no one else in line.
I would look for other choices in the food court.
Best mall find ever. The food here is always fresh and flavorful. The best tasting fried rice around. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I now make the AMC Movie Theatre in Altamonte my #1 choice for watching movies, mainly because I look forward to eating the delicious food from Chao Cajun!
This food was tasty and the price was very affordable. Friendly staff and no wait, I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the mall and want something quick.
My husband found a long nasty hair in his food!!! The employees are wearing hats but not hair nets. When my husband brought it to their attention they didn’t even offer to give a refund. We were just told “sorry” as if this is acceptable. The hair was only in my husband’s food but my son and I lost our appetite. We spent $45 on a meal that had to be thrown away due to people not being hygienic and responsible enough to wear a hairnet. Avoid this place at all cost if you don’t want to lose your money and appetite!!!
2 item combo plate is 9.99. she asked what I wanted and I said orange chicken for both items. They gave me a regular portion and charged me an extra 1.60$ for "extra" chicken. The chicken was mostly good but one piece had a bunch of bones in it and thankfully my kid didn't swallow it. Be wary of these people and honestly, their food too.
Freshly cooked Chinese food, Best Bourbon chicken in the mall no question. I would definitely recommend this if you’re craving Chinese. For the price you get quality freshly and properly cooked food, and I usually end up having to bring the left overs home cause they give you so much. 10/10
In order for me to leave a review, I had to use one star, but my experience don't deserve even giving it a one star. First of all, I got a drink with my meal, and while I am still eating, I go back to get a refill, and was told to pay
because no free refill, WHAT? The cup was jammed packed with ice with less than a half cup of soda. Ok, whatever. I finished and left. About an hour or so later, at home,I started feeling nauseous with stomach pains. I did vomit a few times, and had to lay down. The whole night I was sick and had stomach pains. Lesson learned. NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN
