This is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics I have ever met..And the prices are reasonable. I am 75 miles away but for the service I will drive, friendly staff ,I highly recommend!!
If you are looking for good people who work efficiently, this is the place. I'm not saying they are cheaper, but these are the people who would not just find "extra" problems in your car. They will give you the right estimate and are courteous. I love Aamir, who works there, good guy with great work ethics.
I have referred a lot of people there. They all are happy and satisfied customers now.
I have known Ibrahim the owner since 2003 and have been going to TLC ever since it was opened for all my cars. Totally trustworthy, honest and straightforward. No games and no gimmicks. All the mechanics are great and most of the time I can get the things done while waiting unless the things are more complex. Strongly recommend for all kind of auto services.

I really wanted to give them second and third chances to fix their work! I took my car a year ago for front end ppf, ceramic coating, and window tinting! Ppf starting peeling off from the corners of two panels! Also there was mutliple noticeable bubbles in the windshield tint! Asked them for their warranty. Took my car for their inspection, they said they will replace and fix the issues. Gave me an appointment for 3 weeks from then! A year after and the issue is still not fixed because my appointment got cancelled and they are responsive anymore! I do not recommend to their services due to quality and customer service. I hope this will help management to take care of their future customers in a better way!
Pros: Shop Manager/clerk is very polite despite some unruly customers
Cons:
There is no system of how you receive service. They say first come first serve but I'm not seeing the truth in that.... Waited 2 hours to only be told the "guys" Went on lunch... Came back and still waiting after people that have arrived after me.
The ONLY plus side is the cost factor. The price is almost unbeatable unless you drive right around the building...
Their prices are too high compare to other repair shops on the area! Not recommended.
